I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at your store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my last shopping trip at Reno Depot, which took place on May 26, 2020 at approximately 12:00 p.m.

While shopping, I find a plant hanger marked at 4.79$ when I arrived at the check out, the price was 19$ I ask for a verification, took long time to have a guy to come, then he didnt know what to do and called one associate for assistance, she was rude, I explained to here that ALL the prices were wrong, that it was their mistake and in the respect of the law I must have the price marked. The associate, whose name tag read "Genevive, rolled his eyes upon my request, refused to help, had bad actitude AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE COSTUMER SERVICE NUMBER. She had a radio and phone, she was able to ask the phone number, but she didnt wanted.I just have her bad actitude.
A that point another costumer came to ask her a question and she answer him on angry way and told him to look for another associate, costumer service is an unknow word for your employee.
After being at the store waiting for nearly half an hour at this point, I left without any of the products I want to buy, I have shopped at Home Depot many times and have never experienced an incident like this one. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was requesting and ultimately could not make my purchase.
I attached pics for your display, like I told you before, all the prices where wrong and near the floor, making impossible to check the small letters with the specifications.
I think that you must assume and take responsability for your employees mistakes

Last year I bought several cases of tile for a bathroom renovation. I was to have someone come during the winter while I was away to do my shower and fireplace in this tile. This did not happen and when I got home, we were in Covid lockdown. Since it was not done, I dropped the project. Lowes in Barrie is a one hour drive there and a one hour drive back. I recently went to return the tile but could not find my receipt. I checked with them first to make sure it was OK to return without a receipt and they said yes. After I carried the 6 cases in , they said no, the refund was too much. They said it was over $1000.00 and I needed a receipt I told them I would take whatever was the lowest price it was ever offered at just so I did not have to reload the 6 case and make another two hour trip. They informed me that they coud not do this, that their system does not show previous prices. However, there is no way the tile would have been $1000.00 - Somehow they must have done something wrong as it was only 39 tiles. (there is no way that tile was close to $17.00 ) However, I am still driving around with 6 cases in the back of my little car. If they had just told me in the first place they could not take it back it would have saved a two hour drive, my time and my opinion of Lowes in Barrie, Canada. I was a great fan - but not anymore. I will be replacing some applicances and won;t be going there. I found two of the three staff VERY rude.

I purchased a range online at Rona.ca-it was a trying experience trying to pin down the delivery. Rona apparently puts the onus on the customer. To top it off, customer service representative 'Manal' was rude on the telephone. Next time I will shop at Best Buy or Home Depot for my appliance needs.

I ordered a BBQ on April 25th. Finally on May 11th I received an Email saying it was being shipped and they took my money. The 1-888 # they gave me to call if there was an issue is busy every time I call, I have still not been able to get through. The website will not show the delivery status of the item I ordered either. I have been to my local Lowes store to ask for help and they can't help either because I ordered online, they can't even give me an update of where my order is. I'm super frustrated at this point.

If you are thinking of making an order with Lowes at this time, DON'T DO IT... I can't stress this enough.

I've been browsing Rona flyers for months to find a ceiling fan. Each week, the one on sale that has an interesting price with a little style is never available, regardless of the model. I told Rona about the problem and of course, it's the pandemic's fault! Always the fault of the pandemic and the fact that the promotions are decided months in advance. Well know that the customer doesn't give a damn about your promos to plan ahead and if you are not able to get your offers, the customer will go elsewhere. You have not offered me any deferred voucher, any copromis. It's clearly laughing at the customers. Sorry, but everything called LOWE'S is over for me!

Company that does business with Day and Ross for its deliveries. Bad choice. Very poor delivery service. When we receive half of the items that were to be delivered Lowes refers us to that company that does not have an efficient delivery structure and does not communicate with its customers before delivering. I've been waiting for an incomplete delivery for almost a week and he is postponing the delivery overnight while the item is still in the Ottawa warehouse. I don't understand Lowe's doing business with this delivery company that has such a bad reputation.

Web services is really bad. Unable to talk to anybody after waiting for 2 hours on the phone yesterday and 3 hours today. Do not use the transactional website. Stuff available online are not even ready to ship. You buy something, they charge you and do not deliver.

Ordered items online, they cancelled part of my order because they made a mistake on the price and I was not contacted. So I was waiting for product that that never showed up. And the chairs that I received have mismatched legs, tried get a hold of their customer service. When you call customer service they put you on hold for more than a half hour then someone comes on the line and says that no one is available to answer your call and someone will call you back in THREE BUSINESS DAYS!!!!?!?!?!! Then you ask what if I miss the call they say someone "might" contact you by email. This is insane. Then on top of that you can even go to a store and ask them for help because online and retail stores are 2 seperate companies!!! It's been 3 weeks and still can't get a hold of someone.

COVID -19- Now in your store 3/4 of your costumers don't respect safe
distancing- Employees don't said anything- I when 3 times in last 2 weeks at the Rona Pincourt- and each time I ask some employees and costumers to keep there distance (I am wearing glove and mask) I was insulted, today I was call slot and all kind of names by a costumer that did not wear any protection and is calling the pandemic a simple flue - I was abuse in Rona Pincourt and the direction is doing NOTHING.

By far the worst customer service I have experienced.
Completely disorganized

I ordered online from Rona. And I can tell you one thing:
if they make a shipping error and your package is returned to sender (yes returned to Rona)
You will wait a VERY long time to see the color of your order believe me

Non existent customer service at Lowe's, hung up after 30 minutes on hold, no different using live chat, endless wait periods. Need to hire more agents. Redundant online ordering. Enter postal code, says 6 items available within 100 km radius, try to add to cart says product unavailable?

Zero stars for the website. Issues with inventory, process checkout, slow speeds, and unnecessary cart steps make for a miserable online shopping experience. They must not know how to run a website, although it does looks nicer now. According to the stores the website is a different entity compared to the stores.
