Ordered items online, they cancelled part of my order because they made a mistake on the price and I was not contacted. So I was waiting for product that that never showed up. And the chairs that I received have mismatched legs, tried get a hold of their customer service. When you call customer service they put you on hold for more than a half hour then someone comes on the line and says that no one is available to answer your call and someone will call you back in THREE BUSINESS DAYS!!!!?!?!?!! Then you ask what if I miss the call they say someone "might" contact you by email. This is insane. Then on top of that you can even go to a store and ask them for help because online and retail stores are 2 seperate companies!!! It's been 3 weeks and still can't get a hold of someone.
