I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at your store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my last shopping trip at Reno Depot, which took place on May 26, 2020 at approximately 12:00 p.m.

While shopping, I find a plant hanger marked at 4.79$ when I arrived at the check out, the price was 19$ I ask for a verification, took long time to have a guy to come, then he didnt know what to do and called one associate for assistance, she was rude, I explained to here that ALL the prices were wrong, that it was their mistake and in the respect of the law I must have the price marked. The associate, whose name tag read "Genevive, rolled his eyes upon my request, refused to help, had bad actitude AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE COSTUMER SERVICE NUMBER. She had a radio and phone, she was able to ask the phone number, but she didnt wanted.I just have her bad actitude.
A that point another costumer came to ask her a question and she answer him on angry way and told him to look for another associate, costumer service is an unknow word for your employee.
After being at the store waiting for nearly half an hour at this point, I left without any of the products I want to buy, I have shopped at Home Depot many times and have never experienced an incident like this one. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was requesting and ultimately could not make my purchase.
I attached pics for your display, like I told you before, all the prices where wrong and near the floor, making impossible to check the small letters with the specifications.
I think that you must assume and take responsability for your employees mistakes
