Clearly they don t answer their phones, no matter what time you call them

Man, I love phone appointments! Sarcasm, obviously. No matter what's the issue, they refuse to see you in person. Unless you're dying, their "last resort" is you should go to the ER. I have had several normal issues that a family health doctor should be able to see me for, however all they tell me is to go to the emergency room. Go here if you want useless help and a person on the phone scolding you to go to the ER. Worst clinic I've ever had the displeasure of attending.

All these girls on the phone have a horrible attitude. It s impossible to get on the line with someone who actually enjoys their job.

So apparently a single mother with no vehicle waiting with her toddler for their ride home from an appointment was unable to sit according to the rude door greeters. They have also misplaced all my sons documents and the telehealth nurse was extremely rude an invasive she had no solutions for my concerns. After this rating his documents were unable to be located like really how convenient. I would really enjoy speaking with the Director of this establishment for the lack that lies within their employees an establishment.

Wouldn t suggest going here if you have legitimate mental health concerns. The mental health staff will blow you off and don t listen to your concerns unless you have proof that you re struggling with these mental health issues. I would suggest seeking outside help with any mental health concerns to a practice that will give you more than just a 15 minute appointment and a prescription for anxiety medication. Go somewhere that cares.

The worse place to go to they take forever to reach back to you, never pick up the phones, this is the worse place to go to especially if your pregnant I had very concerning issues about my pregnancy and almost never get a call back.

Called for a doctors note after stabbing my self in the hand, was told i would get emailed the note, never got the note and was hung up on multiple times. People at the front desk are useless

The ob department is horrible. I was having pains took over an hour to get through to anyone.called the department number and left messages,no answer. Called the main number multiple times till someone answered and had a doctor call an hour later. Three days later the ob department calls saying we got your messages.smh. mental health services are great though.as well as my primary care

I love how they have a lot of different services for your Healthcare under one roof. Pharmacy, walk in clinic, gynecologist, family health, the list goes on and on. Very convenient.
