The mental health staff will blow you off and don t listen to your concerns unless you have proof that you re struggling with these mental health issues. I would suggest seeking outside help with any mental health concerns to a practice that will give you more than just a 15 minute appointment and a prescription for anxiety medication. Go somewhere that cares.
