She took me from my summer color with lots of highlights to a fun auburn fall color with dimension. Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate the extras from a massage before your start your color to a hand massage while your color is processing.

Holy cow! I just needed a haircut but this was a whole experience. I received a scalp massage & there was a brief meditation with a hot towel on my face during conditioning, amazing! I love the holistic & wellness approach...even for a simple haircut! Haley is a doll, she has officially stolen me from my usual hair stylist. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt so welcome & relaxed. Lovely is an amazing salon, can't wait to try the spa.

My stylist, Shannon, took her time and was very patient working on a new cut with me. I decided to cut around 12in off of my hair (and donated it!) and wasn't really sure what I wanted as an end result. What we went with was perfect! She was great. I walked in feeling good and left feeling better. Wonderful staff all around.

My first experience at a full salon and spa was incredible. Betsy Stachowski is an amazing talent. She is diligent, a very good listener, and has a great intuition with hair. Her technique is second to none. She will talk you through a cut and really makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone and anybody. She works with your creative thoughts, ideas, and thankfully talked me out of a "man-bun" :-)
Katie is a skilled and attentive stylist, this was my first time seeing her and I was very pleased with my experience.

I love this place. I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair and Brad really pulled through for me. I was having bad experience after bad experience and he made me feel great about my hair again. He is AWESOME and tremendously talented.

Kristen was really nice and helped me decide what we would do with my quarantine hair :) I like when stylists give you their opinion and make it a conversation about what to do. The environment was relaxing as well. Will definitely be back!
T. Marie was amazing. Before doing anything to my hair she took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for and what cut and style would work best for me. She explained everything she was doing to my hair when she was doing it. She was so friendly and personable throughout the whole appointment. I could tell she really cared about what she was doing, and I absolutely loved my cut. This was my first appointment with her, and I already booked a second one.

This is such a nice salon and spa in the Bay View neighborhood. Very cute, nicely designed, and comfortable. As it is Aveda, high quality is expected and received. Sometimes they are out of their makeup related products when I want to purchase it, but I can go online. Amee (massage, facials, waxing, makeup, etc.) is not only very professional but just the sweetest! And, when I have had other services, the staff has been wonderful.

I had the most amazing experience with Tina today! I highly highly recommend her! She took such great care and was so precise with my hair cut. It is EXACTLY what I wanted!! She was also so great to chat with. The entire staff was so kind and helpful as well and there was a great energy throughout the whole place! I highly recommend!

This place was nuts! An amazing covid policy welcomed us to our day at the spa. So much room for activities while gettin' haircuts. I was offered tea or water. Like really, what else do ya need? I described my desired hairstyle to the assigned noggin tech and it turned out totally rad! A+
