I love Lovely. T. Marie is my girl! I m growing out a pixie and she has done an amazing job of helping me bypass the awkward phase. The ambiance here is very relaxing and the service is excellent. When I lived in Madison, I actually thought about coming all the way back here just to get my hair done.

My reiki and message session with Shay exceeded my expectations. I scheduled an appointment hoping for a bit of relief with sore muscles and stiffness associated with migraine. The room was private, clean, and very welcoming. Shay spent a few minutes asking about my reason for the visit, describing her process, and personalizing the session to my specific needs. I walked out invigorated, not only in less pain and more relaxed, but feeling two inches taller with a new back. I will definitely be back again and would encourage everyone to treat themselves or a loved one to a message with Shay at Lovely Spa and Salon.

Brit's manis and pedis are fantastic! My nails always look so healthy and beautiful. I appreciate her attention to detail and her artistic flair with nail art is the best!

Not only did I receive an amazing haircut from her (many compliments afterwards), she educated me on how to best manage my hair and the importance of using the correct hair products. I have been going to Lovely for a couple years now. The whole feeling, atmosphere, and vibe of the salon is wonderful! It's uplifting, and smells great by the way. The stylists really know how to bring people to their best and they use the best products for your body while they're at it. Everyone from the desk staff to the designers to the owner are great people and very excited to create a work of art with you with your image. Love it.

My stylist Emily was perfect, not only with my hair but also with comforting me in our small discussion. This was my first time at the spa and I will definitely come back when I'm in town. I went from black and white to all black and even though I was iffy Emily made me feel better about everything! I can't thank her enough. The whole place was amazing, super relaxing and peaceful.

Have been going to Lovely for several years, and every visit is impeccably excellent. Lovely has set up a beautiful, tasteful, stylish, peaceful environment with down-to-earth music and genuine good service. The staff at Lovely are just plain great at what they do, and their confidence shines in quality customer service and fantastic results. I recently moved out of state and have already been back once for my Lovely fix, and I will be sure to arrange a visit each time I return to Milwaukee. Other salons just don't compare. Now that Lovely has all salon/spa services you could need, you can enjoy a full treatment without the slightest hint of corporate business. Also, I know for a fact they are especially talented in treating curly hair of all types. Lastly, they have the most comfortable hair wash chairs I have ever sat in! I recommend Lovely hands down for all your salon/spa needs in the Milwaukee area. It's worth a drive (or a flight) if it's not nearby.

I visited Lovely Salon for cut and color of my almost totally gray hair. The color I received is just right, doesn't look like a typical dye job. And the service was superb. The coffee I was served was delicious, I was welcomed the minute I entered the door, and I could feel the energy and warmth in the salon. My stylist, Joan, knew exactly what I needed to get my heavy head of hair to hold it's style and shape. Couldn't have been happier with the who experience.

Shay is an outstanding massage therapist who using alternative medicine techniques.

Had a wonderful haircut by David! My hair feels light and the haircut isn t choppy and then ends aren t blocky . The hot towel with the aromatherapy oil was fantastic as well!

I absolutely LOVE Hailee! I have very fine, thin hair and have never been truly happy with my haircuts from other places. Hailee listens and provides suggestions/feedback on what she thinks will work with my hair, but never pressures me to do any of them. When we decide on what to do, she always delivers! Thanks for a truly LOVELY experience!

Prompt response to my email to work with me on a budget in order to be able to afford an Aveda experience from a salon in my neighborhood. Customer service is first rate from the moment one arrives. Monica is outstanding with her welcoming smile, attentiveness to client needs and a tour of the layout to see all the services offered.

My experience at Lovely Salon was amazing! Soozie took excellent care of me, she is very professional and experienced hairdresser you won t be disappointed! Plus she gives the best hair massages during your shampoo time and I also got a hand massage while I was waiting for the masque to work. I felt so relaxed and pampered and I left feeling like a new woman.

I absolutely love how hard Brad works to make sure that I walk out the door feeling beautiful and sexy and gorgeous! He puts effort into every service he gives me. This includes researching color formula and thinking about my cut before I even walk in the door. He then educates me on the decisions he s made and we agree together how best to proceed. Brad is, hands down, THE BEST short hair professional at Lovely! I m sure his services on long hair are just as exceptional, but I am here to tell you that if you have short hair and require excellence, Brad is your guy!

Went in for face waxing. Amee is always gentle, and pleasant. Atmosphere is always so relaxing. Staff is always so welcoming. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Expensive but worth it. You get pampered. Must make an appointment or ask for cancellation and then sit on the edge of your chair for the call.

Most estheticians go through the motions but Amee customizes my experience depending on my needs. She is extremely professional as is the entire staff at Lovely.

This was my first time to the salon, and my first time to an Aveda salon. Kristen was fantastic! She did a great job with my haircut and explaining what products would work best with my hair type. I've already booked my next 2 appointments with her. The extra little touches they do, from the neck/head/shoulder massage to the hand massage during the deep conditioning treatment, really make it a wonderful overall experience. Can't wait to go back! This was exactly what I needed after a stressful week!

This was my first time at Lovely Salon and Spa - went in for full hilites and a cut with Tayler - super happy with my end results. The hair wash portion was pure heaven - I've never had such a wonderful experience at the wash bowl! :) Seriously - it was fantastic. Really happy with how my hair turned out and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tayler and Lovely to my friends and family.

A beautiful Aveda high end salon. Offering coffee or tea. Cut color style for hair . Including shampoo, conditioner and head and hand massage!! Free trail mix snack and lemon ginger water offered. Expensive!! Worth it for the price I think baised on what you get and how you feel .

Her skill and vision is keeping me stylish during this horrible grow out time. People aren t even noticing my gradual transformation!! Saw David-Great recommendations along side what I was looking for and the pictures I brought with me. Checked in with me throughout the way to make sure I liked the look. Style it beautifully and explained to me how he was doing it so I could do it myself at home. My first time at Lovely but definitely coming back and definitely seeing David!

I had an amazing experience with Rachel for my first appointment at Lovely. Upon arrival the salon staff were very friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is super cute, has a nice relaxing environment, and had great music. They use Aveda products which always leave my hair feeling great as well! Rachel did a full balayage for me that turned out great, as well as a nice fresh cut. Will definitely be coming back!

There are too many things to list about what I like about the experience. Front desk staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable, overall feel of the place is nice, washing station room is calming, and so on. But most importantly, Brad makes it a very pleasant experience. Super easy to hold a conversation with and always pleasant... And after I leave the salon, his haircuts garner compliments from other hairdressers and straight men. That is the high water mark for a men's haircut.

This was my first service at Lovely and I must say, it truly was a "lovey" experience. Seeing that I'm not very adventurous, I was nervous about changing up my hair and Rachel was informative, helpful and really listened to me. The end result was a fun, fresh and much needed cut with a natural balayage treatment. She was thoughtful, meticulous and confident all the things you want in a hair stylist. I could not be more thrilled with the result and look forward to coming back.

P.S. The level of service from everyone on staff was exceptional and did not go unnoticed. The free "New Client" gift, my name written on a chalkboard welcoming me and constant flow of red wine made for a 5-star rating indeed.

Tayler was friendly & receptive to what I was looking for (a boring trim!). I really appreciate that she took the time to style my hair well -- it's wavy/curly, and a lot of places just diffuse it and send me out the door. Tayler finger twisted individual pieces and made sure that it didn't get too frizzy. I left feeling really happy with the cut/style and very confident!
