Great experience, staff was super knowledgeable about the upcoming u-pick fruit season.
Bakery had great apple cider donuts, went back for a second one.
Will definitely go back again big parking lot for easy on and off the main road.

A year after I first set foot in the facility, Love Apple has consistently grown its inventory of fresh produce and fruit (including local where possible), lifted the quality of its menu (just had a very credible gazpacho from there), and improved its kids attractions. As a result the parking lot is fuller every time I swing by (which is pretty often), and its really benefited by its privileged position as the first major farmstand on 9H north of Hudson. While many of its shelves are cluttered with twee products of non-local origins, it is providing a real service to the community and we love to see all the kids they employ there. Don't forget to share the "love" with other local farm stands Samascott and Chatham Berry Farm up the road apiece.

A very nice local farm store with a limited pick your own selection of some berries and apples most years. Offers a nice selection of in-house baked goods as well as local artisan products. Excellent visibility from the road with outstanding handicap access. The prices are modest but definitely worth it for local high quality products. You're always greeted with service with a smile.

Came here for our granddaughters birthday party. Despite having booked it in advance- no one knew we were coming! (Booking person had quit?) It all turned out ok- we were under the tent, cider and donuts were delicious...kids had a blast with the animals, playgound and picking apples. There was no wagon ride to orchard running (had been last year) and the trees were pretty well picked clean.

Great place for apple picking. Much more enjoyable than some of the larger operations closer to Albany that have become more commercialized lately. Friendly staff and nice variety of u-pick 'em.

I was so thrilled when I saw the farm was open and I could eat inside. I love the place but after I had lunch the food was nothing like last year. Lacking in flavor, and tasted processed and frozen. I hope this is just a glitch because it is indeed a unique and beautiful place for families. Plus some of the kitchen staff were not wearing masks, I work with senior citizens every day and this was frustrating.

We went last year; do not wait until October. We walked through rows so full of rotten apples on the ground that the smell never quite left my shoes.
I ve picked apples at a lot of places, and this isn t normal. We ended up leaving with less apples than we wanted because the smell of rot was so overpowering.

I hope it s better this year.

Took a trip from Hudson to visit this wonderful farm. The lunch sandwiches were tasty, the selection of craft goods was excellent, and the orchard was beautiful. The only thing I d call out is the price of the U Pick apple picking, which seemed very expensive vs. other orchards - we avoided. Overall, a nice visit!

The renovation the owners did after the fire were great. The little lunch area is now inside the main building. The best part is being able to go into the Orchard and picking your own fruit.

We did a pit spot here before going to Art Omi. Their homemade butternut squash soup was delicious! The store is full of homemade goodness and took home their pumpkin pie and cider donuts for thanksgiving - which was a hit!

Love Apple farm was sold when the previous owners moved to California. The inside remains super clean with wonderful smelling baked foods and decorative items on display. The customer service does NOT leave you with a warm and fuzzy feeling. A women there was abrupt in manner, short in speach and walked briskly away from our group to complete some tasks. We were unable to pick apples after 430pm even thought they are open until 6pm. Ok. That's the rules. We respect that. However we were going to buy some apples but with the lady gone we were unable to identify who was a staff member from several folks walking around. We decided to take the kids for a walk out to see the animals in their petting zoo and were told TWICE not to go inside the fence. ( that wad never our intention). The kids wanted to swing and climb on the nice tractor and boats there. It remains a good stop for kids to burn of steam if you are passing through. However if you are looking for a warmer reception and better customer service I would suggest Golden Harvest in VALATIE or the Greg Farm towards Dutchess county.

Love Apple Farms had many unique items that are not easily found elsewhere -locally made, organic, etc. The baked goods are always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is clean, bright, and well stocked.

This is a great place to stop on a drive through the northern Hudson Valley. They have great fresh produce, especially apples right from their farm, as well as from the surrounding area. Their tomato soup is great and they have delicious Mexican Food. They also carry local gifts and crafts.

The worst place to pick apples ! There were hardly any apples to pick. Most apples were rotten. Not worth the $25.00 a bag. Stay away and go to Fix Bros. They have a much better selection. Never again !

If you go there don't forget to buy sweet potato and coconut flakes pie. Last time we were here around September they suggested picking apples 6$ for little bags and 15$ for large ones but two days ago we went there and they said they have just 4 kinds of apples and it was 15 for little bags and 22 for larger ones. I bet it is expensive and we refused buying them.

Nice farm off of 9H. I went in and its a nice place. Cookies (oatmeal and chocolate chip) were REALLY good. I wouldn't mind going back when they are and going more. Farm looked real nice. Recommend the trip or adventure

I've been coming here since I was a little girl, and every time lends a magical and beautiful experience. It's simply one of the most scenic orchards in the area, and I couldn't help but bring my entire wedding party to take photos on the hay rides and picking apples the day before our wedding! Thank you, Love Apple Farms, for bringing out the love in the Hudson Valley.
