Several conversations. Received excellent information on the one hand about our next Toyota and on the other hand got nice negotiating space for trading in our Toyota. With a very nice end result. Furthermore: nice well-kept showroom, cordial and helpful sales staff who know what they are doing. We are happy that after a minor experience some four and a half years ago, we stepped in again, taking the good result into account. Toyota Louwman in Amersfoort: TOP !!!

Last week I received a call from my heavily pregnant wife that the car will no longer start. We bought this car (renault captur) 7 months ago at Louwman Amersfoort. I contacted Louwman and in no time breakdown assistance was on the way. This friendly man was able to start the car again but still advised to have it checked at the garage. So my wife went to Louwman, there she was helped very friendly and understanding! The mechanic personally picked up a new battery from their supplier (as it was out of stock) and within an hour my wife was back outside with the car starting. And best of all, FREE OF CHARGE even though it was already out of warranty! LOUWMAN AMERSFOORT, thank you again!

Good car dealer! At least I thought as soon as they sold the car to you they don't look much at the customer, I called twice to ask if they want to call back because those genes were busy with a customer and that no longer happens. So it's only about money there.

A very good and nice entrance, looks clean and slick when you enter. The cars are polished, does not matter if they are new or traded in, they all look neat. And if you have any questions, they will be answered very nicely. So go and have a look.

It's okay, but they don't know customer-friendliness !!

The car has been maintained by them for 3 years with approx. The communication is very smooth and they think along with you. They respond seriously to questions and explain them well. I do not recognize the arrogance that is talked about in some reviews. And the costs can sometimes be a bit higher, but after 2 years of being a customer at a garage I can tell you that it is about the same and sometimes even lower.

Close to the A1, which is ideal. From space travel you must have the entrance with the BMW sign. For maintenance, you can rent a loan car at a reduced rate, or borrow a free bike or loan scooter for free.

After visiting a few other dealers, we decided to look closer to home. We were received warmly upon entering. After looking around a bit at the cars we saw a car we were interested in. We were helped by David and he helped us very well. Well explained what the costs would be. After negotiating a bit, we closed the deal. It all went smoothly and the seller who helped us came across as reliable and friendly. Compared to the other companies we have visited before. Nothing was pushed or pushed through, but just normally helped well. Good thing after my experience.

I have never come here again I have been treated so badly, the tone was actually already set by the fact that I had to buy a Lexus instead of owning a Toyota. I came there because there was a defect in my navigation but would be called when the car was ready but had to call everywhere at the back all the time. The employee couldn't arrange a replacement car for me, so I only rented one from Borent across the street. At the end of the song that thing was still broken and if I wanted I could have it repaired for almost $ 1000. When I asked if this is normal for a car that was just over 2 years old, I only got the answer that the warranty had expired. This was also my last Toyota and if you have to go somewhere for maintenance because you already have a Toyota, I advise you to go to Otto Nijkerk.

I'm not coming here anymore. Last year still had an invoice of 1500. And a year later and 4000km further a bill of 900 ???
And that with a 2004 Corolla.
They don't try to fix something first, they just replace parts without looking for solutions.
The first time replaced brake pads and brake discs and then they now come with brake lines and caliper from the same side.

Now I have been at a sole proprietorship and I have been able to do the MOT with a major turn for just over 600.

Visited the showroom this morning. Looking for a replacement for my current Outlander PHEV. So start looking at the RAV4. No one, especially no one who has said anything to me. Not good morning yet. While I was called after 10 minutes after requesting the brochure and received an email a few days later with an invitation. Unfortunately. Maybe through my shorts?

Well, even the world's most reliable car brand, Lexus, needs some maintenance to drive 480,000 km without any problems. So to Lohman, Lexus, Amersfoort. Where else?

Very nice and pleasant dealer I have had the pleasure to buy my occasion there. A nice and honest company that simply focuses on the customer. the staff (yes, after a few days had a light on the dashboard) give you an honest explanation. Top people keep it up!

In December 2020 I had my brake discs and pads replaced on the front of my Toyota Corolla Verso. However, while driving slowly, an annoying beep was audible. Heard this for a number of months and then reported it to the dealer. After an inspection, the garage was puzzled. There was nothing wrong with the parts and the assembly was also done well. That is why they have replaced the parts, under warranty, and for the time being nothing is audible anymore. That's another service !!

I have been here for the MOT and some check on the car. Very neat garage where you are treated with respect. However, I think the prices charged for installing your own lights and using your own wheel nuts are absurd. I lost more than 70 to install two city lights, two fog lights and one wheel nut. I understand that a mechanic has his hourly wage, but I find that quite expensive for the above tasks. After contacting it turned out to be that it was so expensive, because I had no maintenance done. I personally find that a strange thing ... Again all in all a neat garage that has done its job well, but which charges sky-high costs for relatively small and easy repairs.

At the dealer on the website we saw a beautiful Subaru forester in a very good condition. Me and my neighbor went to have a look and took a test drive. After receiving good advice and information from Mr. David. B got. We have decided to purchase the car. Today I went to pick up the car and that was expected! When the forester was ready we got a nice surprise by means of a personal video of David that he had recorded to tell that the car was ready and met the delivery conditions. Really a top garage! Bought the thickest of the thickest matiz today, a real bargain! And the seller, Robin Schoonhoven, was really great! bit difficult to find because it is a bit smaller but it helped us perfectly!

Our Aygo had driven a total loss. So we urgently needed another one. Through marketplace we saw that Louwman had a very nice offer. New car, 2000, - discount. So called at 9:30 am ... said we're coming and would like to take him right away. Salesman David made sure the car got its zero turn, was cleaned and ready for the new owner. Our chr 1! 8 hybrid automatic transmission, according to police and fire brigade, spared our lives in a collision that drove the car completely loose and we only got off with bruises and shock. Are planning to buy one again. A very strong car, according to

From my 5 year old Toyota Yaris they managed to find 1300 euros in repair points. (Actually they even proposed 1700 euros)

Had a lot of hassle about the handbrake cable, which was replaced on the left instead of the agreed right.
Do they make up their minds that the judge had already been replaced .... I just got back to their request for that.

Very nasty pushy manager who demanded from me that I would be a satisfied customer and keep faith in his company: NOT SO!

To be honest, I had already been warned about this dealer by a salvage company of my previous broken Toyota, so I should have listened to that.

I now have to go to another dealer or get my legal expenses insurance for a second opinion.
... and that takes even more time than it has already taken, phew.
