Ordered car, waited months. Heard nothing and after calling myself find out that the car is not delivered. Seller no longer worked there and. Illegal who took over had nothing better to report than sorry .....
Its a shame, but there is nothing to do about it. Ordered from another dealer and another brand of car.
They have moved to the Amsterdamseweg in Amersfoort. This is not progress. Is now somewhere in a remote corner behind the Opel garage. The Showroom has become much smaller. You now have to look for reception somewhere in the back of the Showroom. The location on the Fluorweg was a household name. Too bad this is over .....
Up to 4 times the battery of our 10yr old Ford Focus was drained due to leakage current. Broekhuis garage replaced the battery twice and after inspection everything would be fine. However, the problem was not resolved. This has happened to more Ford drivers. After careful consideration, we decided to trade in. Broekhuis always offers good service, so we stuck with it. Sales advisor Janwillem Littel left us completely free in our choice (test drive with 2 Fords Focus Wagon), did not impose anything, no sales pitch, offered a nice trade-in deal. In addition to correct, patient handling, he took the time to explain and demonstrate how everything works (was new to me, the other Broekhuis advisor - when buying the previous FF - said we could read everything in the booklet). Janwillem was also willing to set things up for us! If we have any questions, we can call! He wished us safe kilometers and gave us a treat to celebrate the new purchase. It gives a nice feeling of confidence when someone takes the purchase guidance seriously until the end, such as Janwillem Littel at Broekhuis Amersfoort !! Topper!
Recently bought this beautiful Ford Mustang at Broekhuis Ford Amersfoort. We were actually passing through that day to see other Ford Mustangs as well. Got a very good deal on this Ford with trade-in of our old car, so it was no longer necessary to look further.
