From my 5 year old Toyota Yaris they managed to find 1300 euros in repair points. (Actually they even proposed 1700 euros)

Had a lot of hassle about the handbrake cable, which was replaced on the left instead of the agreed right.
Do they make up their minds that the judge had already been replaced .... I just got back to their request for that.

Very nasty pushy manager who demanded from me that I would be a satisfied customer and keep faith in his company: NOT SO!

To be honest, I had already been warned about this dealer by a salvage company of my previous broken Toyota, so I should have listened to that.

I now have to go to another dealer or get my legal expenses insurance for a second opinion.
... and that takes even more time than it has already taken, phew.
