Jeff Graham was very easy to deal with and this was the first car I have ever bought over the phone!! When I arrived at the dealership for the test drive, they had already pulled up the SUV, sanitized it and had it ready for me to test drive. After the test drive, it was a easy process to do the paper work. They did a get job of social distancing us by using a big office and separating the chairs far from the desk. When they handed us the pen to sign the contract, they first wiped it with a clorox wipe.
