Great food, great beer, great place to hang out with good friends
The pizza is great, but a little expensive. There is always a large number of beers on tap that are pretty good.
Live music....great beer....and the best pizza in town!
We walked in and got seated very quickly. The first thing the waitress did was make a joke about my fiancee's and my age, even though we are about to graduate college. We then looked at the menu to find that a 16in meat lovers pizza would cost us almost $30. I left incredibly disappointed with this establishment.
Great food!!! Cant ever go wrong eating at lost river pizza company. The staff very cheerful with fast service. The food is definitely way above a run of the mill pizza joint with lots of other menu items to also choose from.
Wings were absolutely amazing. Service was great. Will definitely be back!!!
It's a sad state of affairs when the beer is the best part of the meal. The extremely over priced pizza pies aside (I'll gladly pay for good food), this "pizza" set a new bar for me with pizza, and it isn't the top one.
The pan white pizza was 80% bread, just dense crust. Then there was no garlic based sauce under the cheese so it was just straight cheese on dense bread. All of this glorified cheese bread for only $21.
The deep dish...if I could post a picture of deep dish for them to see, I would have. Their "pizza" posing as deep dish was an insult on all levels. Had a high crust like a deep dish...but the filling stopped 1/3 the way up and the crust was, you guessed it, dense like bread. Also, the filling wasn't even done like a deep dish should be. It looked more like what I'd expect of a normal NY style pizza. Best part...that was $28.
As an eastern Pennsylvanian in Kentucky who has been greatly impressed with the food during my vacation here and knows a thing or two about pizza, I was surprised and extremely let down by this place and the sham they dare call pizza. Do yourself a favor and stop with a beer...it's downhill after that.
The pizza is great and my husband loves their wings
The pizza was great, beer selection better, but the portions on the boneless wings were pretty slim. We got 5 small chicken fingers for $10. The service was very good, so I plan on going back.
We enjoyed live music late and out of town. The pizza was great so was the atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality
Great pizza and an amazing beer selection. Highly recommend!
The deep dish pizza was GREAT!! however I heard the server tell a table that they were running out of wings, on an all you can eat wing night.
Staff seemed confused and did not offer to ask someone else when they didn't know the answers. Good was okay. Need to work on recipe. I've had way better pizza and calzone.
Over rated. To high for what you get. Go down to mancino''s. Better pizza. Better price.
Excellent food, good service, and friendly staff. Live music when we visited (Saturday evening) was decent.
Prices were high though.
The spaghetti I ordered and the calzone my husband ordered was delicious!!! We definitely plan on coming back!!
Called this place to place an order for 15 pizza at 9.40 and was told they were closed. The hours say they are open until 11.00 oh well we called another pizza place and spend over 200.plus tip.i dont see how this place is still on business
Amanda was great and the pizza was Fantastic. Told my husband that I wanted Pizza and he picked this place. Very good, highly recommended.
Great place friendly people clean oh and the pizza is to die for wont find a better one until you go to Chicago or New York
Great food and even better service. 10 of 10 will eat here again.
Good wings. Cold beer. What the heckler do ya want?
My favorite pizza place in Bowling Green. Go on Tuesdays when you get buy one get one free.
The beer list is constantly changing and offers sampling and flights. The pizza is the best in town, and the sandwiches are an often overlooked surprise.
the food was Great an the band Hold Your Horses is a must see...fun time
Good overall place. Pizza is always good. They offer a deep dish Chicago style pizza that is amazing. They also have a good selection of draft beers. On Sundays they usually have an all you can eat wing special and they are fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The BEST ingredients ever. They actually use locally made Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese on their pizzas. And the Bourbon chicken wings were delicious. The atmosphere rocks - literally.
Zero stars if I could select it! Amanda, you don't want to argue? Who's arguing? I asked what happened to my order that I placed thru YOUR website. How would anyone know you declined my order unless THEY call to ask where the order is? You guys don't or won't offer common courtesy to call to let us know that your own outdated website let's you order a pizza, make payment, get confirmation and...? Genius! Not much of a manager if you won't let someone ask a question! Fix your website. Get a job at a daycare Amanda, you don't do well with adults.
I love this place! Great chicken wings and bomb ass pizza!
Ordered calzone menu boasts of ricotta cheese! Just pick up to 3 toppings. Imagine my disappointment when there was not even a smiggon of ricotta only muttsarella. (This was take out). Totally misrepresented! Another time take out hand tossed pizza ordered got pan pizza! Was able to take back and get $ back. Pizza in house ordered came out and served with a raw crust grossly under baked! Had send back for more baking! It definetly is a bar more than a pizza resturant.
Excellent place for lunch. Our party tried pizza, pulled pork sandwiches & burgers. All were delicious. Great beer selection, but didn't have any.
Lost River is the best. Keith will be at the end of the bar having a great time and making sure you do too.
Wings are outstanding---traditional were large and meaty. The pizza is not the best I've had, but far better than delivery chains. Atmosphere was enjoyable and the service was excellent.
Service was great, especially at the bar area!! Very friendly staff and little to no wait, even in a crowded environment, on getting service.
Pretty good pizza, the regular is better than the deep dish.
I was informed that Lost River Pizza was the best in town. Needless to say, it was not the best. It was just ok. I was expecting something that when you bit into the pizza you would say "WOW." That was not the case. It didn't taste any better than Pizza Hut. . Although the only difference is you pay more at Lost River Pizza than Pizza Hut.
Food was good, service was a little slow. Even before it was busy. Staff was nice however.
The place has amazing pizza and delicious food just the prices are ungodly but if your looking for the best pizza in town it's definitely a contender.
Service was really friendly in the pizza was really good. Took one home and ate it for breakfast the next morning.
Mediocre food that's expensive and the owner treats his employees terribly
My first time eating Chicago style pizza... Went with the cheese.... This pizza is the best I have ever had in the last 34years. Cool atmosphere with tons of tvs
The only place that I know of around Bowling Green to get a real Chicago style deep dish pizza with loads of sauce on top like it's supposed to be.
Great pizza. Good specialty styles. The deep dish really is deep and is fantastic.
$58 got us a mediocre 12 inch pizza, a side salad, some burnt boneless wings, and two beers, and that was before tax. The pizza used to be so much better, but my last two visits have been just too subpar to continue to support it.
Happy to give it another try some day if things turn around, but for now and for those prices? There are better options in town for pizza, wings, and beer.
This was the worst. They claim to have a New York Style pizza obviously they never had a it and just imagined what a ny slice tastes like. It was a big let down
I was surprised at how big the wings are and all you can eat at that for 9.99 and the pizza was very good but I did not like the cod salad the chicken was very dry brought it home to my dog's all in all I would go back nice atmosphere and good service
Best there is best there was and the best there ever will be
OK, so i don't write reviews, but this had to be shared. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I been all over the world, and love pizza and am not picky, but my God this pizza was horrible. I had deep dish, and please don't try it. First it was almost 30 bucks, and I think they should pay me for ordering it. I threw it away and went to bed hungry. Please trust me, walk away, don't order pizza here - DO NOT!!!
Excellent experience tonight. First visit to Lost River Pizza. Like most people I have had pizza in a ton of different towns, but was totally surprised to get a good "almost" Chicago style pizza in Bowling Green Kentucky. Will for sure be back.
First time I have ever tried a deep dish pizza...and boy let me tell ya...it was amazing
The atmosphere is great and they have a good beer selection. The pizza is decent but not great. Yes, the prices are high which is usual for gourmet pizza but I don't feel that it is worth the price. If you want gourmet pizza in Bowling Green, Mellow Mushroom is much better.
Fast service and fresh, made to order pizza- what's not to love??
Great pizza good beer selection atmosphere was good only small compliant would be a little bit pricey but hand so you get what you pay for
1st plate of wings are delicious but the second is decrepit
Please don't waste your time.I didn't enjoy my visit. We were the only customers for the server and waited forever. The pizza was not good.
Had to seat myself after waiting a few min. Then sat with no service for ten min. Left with no service. The place was more than half empty. No excuse.
Never have a had anything at lost river I did not LOVE. the pizza leaves nothing to be desired and the wings are gigantic. The beer is always cold and on tap.
First time there really impressed with it..enjoyed dinner and drinks and male server was very kind appreciated that much...excellent place..
Pretty good specials even on the weekends on food and drinks. Food is pretty good overall.
When I went the a/c must have not been working it was hot and I was sweating. The service was ok my cheeseburger was mediocre at best. We were seated by the bar next to what must have been some sort of employee table because they all kept coming and standing there looking at their phones. I felt crowded the whole time nothing like having an audience watching you eat their not so great food I will not be back
Pizza was terrible. Ordered XL cheese sticks, and it was literally a small thin crust, sauce less, cheese pizza. Buffalo wings are a joke. Nothing about our visit was good! Would eat a totino's frozen pizza before I would go back!!
Waitress was rude and also said she's not allowed to let us take uneaten food home?
Food is very good the wait staff has been good and other times not so much.
We were always told that this was some of the best pizza around I think the only way that could be possible is if we were starving to death
This place has pretty decent wings. The size and consistency was pretty great. I've been to some places that their wings are small and have like no meat on there. Talking to you mr. Bs. And the server was pretty nice and helpful. Wasn't in the way but got us the things we needed. We were in a 30 minute rush and the wings accomplished that rush need. In and out in 35 minutes I think. We went at 1130 am.
Had a pineapple rum burger. It was tasty. Cola tasted watery
It was ok but over priced. Probably won t eat there again.
