Very nice hotel. Rooms are pretty comfortable. The staff is very courteous & accommodating. Definitely recommended.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are pretty comfortable. The staff is very courteous & accommodating. Definitely recommended.
Very friendly & helpful staff.
They have shuttles to Westfield Mall that adds to the convenience.
Rooms are big & clean.
Love the lifts as they speed up getting from the lobby to your room.
Nice hotel and as a diamond customer, I appreciate the good service provided. However I wonder, why there is no complementary beer and wine in the executive lounge, as it is standard in Europe and Asia. Doesn't cost much and makes us happy.
Review of the Hilton LAX valet parking.
Love it. Just drive in to the front of the doors show the valet your confirmation number. The valet hands you a return slip so when you return you text them to have your car ready. The shuttle bus was great as well. They stowaway your luggage and drop you off at your terminal. Upon return pay any remaining money due at cashiers box. Show the valet proff of payment and your off.
Nice hotel, rooms getting a bit tired nowadays, well situated for the airport and rental cars.
This is a nice hotel in a convenient location next to the airport. Their shuttles run often and they are big enough for the groups I bring in. The lobby looks amazing and has great facilities. The service staff are helpful and receptive.
Hilton LAX was fine for an overnight stay, however I do not plan to stay again. Maybe it was just random bad luck, but the air wasn't working in our room and the morning of our check-out, the elevators weren't working and we had to carry ALL of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs, outside, then around to the front of the hotel, just to check out. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Extremely comfortable and clean. Water in the bathroom was not available for a few hours and we weren't notified til we went back down to the lobby and queued up again in the lobby to ask what the issue was. Not ideal after a long flight. WiFi wouldn't work on my phone but would on my laptop.
I came here for the airport parking. It was super quick, easy, and painless. The lot looked super safe, especially compared to the other lots in the area. The actual Hilton was super nice also. Shuttle to the airport was early (wow). Great place!
Very nice stay. My favorite at the LAX airport. Best gym in the Hilton chain.
Really close to LAX with complimentary shuttle. Ability to check in early for a $50 fee. Plenty of restaurant and cafe options on site. Rooms are clean yet simple. No fridge or microwave in the room though. Complimentary toiletries are elegant! Overall, great value for the price when considering location, cleanliness, and safety.
Of all the nearby airports to LAX this one is the best. They text to make sure everything is fine a few hours after arrival.
Had a wonderful time! Clean enterance way. Friendly staff. All elevators and escalators in nice working order. Very easy to navigate your way around. Well posted signs.
Great location to airport, but nothing else is close. Very quiet rooms, and comfy.
Always helpful. And I always get the room I ask for. Hilton Honor club x years.
Good location but they charge a lot for the parking
Meh. Staff not the greatest. Restaurants are super expensive and not that great. Parking a bit steep.
Older hotel near the airport. Park and airport shuttle is a great perk and reasonable pricing. Buses run 24/7. Hotel is nice with amenities.
It was quite nice. The rooms were very stylish. A very busy place but they seemed to handle it well.
A/C not working in room is my only concern. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our night here. Pool and hot tubs were nice! Room was clean. Restaurant in hotel had amazing food! All the staff are very polite and nice.
The room its was too small, bathroom were tiny, bed was hard as a rock and made a squeaky noises, no breakfast included, staff member were rude, the only exciting about this hotel was the upgraded elevators. The parking lot was a maze and its not included in the reservation. It cost between $38 to $42 dls. This hotel its definitely a Joke and not worth it.
Good amenities and a few more food choices in the hotel than most. Room is well kept and comfortable. The only downside of staying in this hotel is the cost underground parking is on the high side,
We traveled with a toddler and a baby so we got a baby cot and we even found some children's books and toys. If I knew how cool this hotel is we would have stayed there longer. I hope we could come back one day. My husband and I were very happy because the staff was really caring and concern. Highly recommended place for everyone.
This is always my go to hotel when I have a long layover. Pick a room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor has an outside garden and a pool area. Great for smokers and some peace and quiet in the city
Dusty, rooms need to be updated, bathroom upgrades the shower head is BS. Good location other than that. Hotel.
The hotel wasn t bad but our AC was broken and it was too late to switch rooms or have it fixed. We did inform staff upon leaving and they hardly had a sorry to offer. I know their is a quick too for quit a few people on their way in our out of town but I have come to expect better service from Hilton.
Its clean fast check in service the staff is nice I will come back anytime but need a microwave
Thank goodness for Marriott / spg now bonvoy points I was able to book at this hotel when there were no rooms due to a gamers convention! Rooms were specious beds comfortable but parking $65/ night for valet! I think this substandard though so I just Ubered around for fear of paying too much for parking - views were breathtaking from my room 19th floor
Elegant and spacious! Great 24hr cafe. Friendly staff. Very nice rooms and comfy bed! Big 6 story underground parking. Fast elevators. Big banquet rooms, great for business. Close to LAX airport.
The check in girl Vanessa was super rude and when I asked for a manager she threatened to call security. I eventually got to talk to the manager who preceded to check me in and when told about the complaint he acted like it was normal for her to act this way and said he would let the other managers know. Don t know what that means but it feels like she is being rude with impunity.
Very convenient for airport transfers with free shuttle. Walls are paper thin though, poor sound proofing for a building that's so close to the airport.
The Hilton is always a great experience, at a reasonable rate!
Nice rooms. Clean, quiet. Parking is $30. Ig you order room service I recommend their burgers.
Terrible service, do not try and call this hotel, they will literally put you on hold and then hang up multiple times. It's a pathetic place and should be burnt to the ground.
The best! Our go-to any time we're at LAX. Consistent quality and service. Always a wonderful experience.
This Hilton represents the name well. It is very grand with a very spacious lobby having multiple lounging areas and three separate eating establishments. The staff greeted you with kindness and was ready to assist in whatever was needed. The rooms are updated, clean, and made me feel relaxed. When I am in the lax area I will stay again.
No refrigerator. No usb ports. The cafes and restaurants are really high priced. Comfortable sized rooms. Large tv.
They will service your room at whatever time you like.Everything was great. Excellent maid service.
The valet is a sometimes really crowded but the hotel is very elegant. The hotel is not in waking distance of anything but driving distance from the beach and mall. Estimate time to anything is about 20 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. The biggest perk is that the hotel is 5 minutes to the front of LAX(Tom Bradley,) not including the time to your terminal. There is shuttle services and the staff are very helpful. All in all I have this a 5 star because of its location. Its great for families with older children and business trips to downtown. The staff is A+. This to prepare for us the traffic and the traffic. The hotel is of the main Street to the airport.
Very clean and friendly staff, the water pressure was perfect and it s Lyft and Uber friendly nice location
I like Hilton....am a big fan...
This location is ideal for the "bouncing" flight I have done in the past few years- great place to meet up with my business associates, and family.
The construction and road renewal are a bit of a distraction, seems that the front area could be a bit more open/warm and welcoming???!!!
Nice BED, the sleep was like that of being in a cloud...staff inside was warm and welcoming....enjoy the feeling of HOME for me...
Very nice. Rooms are clean and roomy and in good condition. Exercise room is great, and the pool and hot tubs are clean and heated
I'm Lyft driver and been picking up many people I guess it's really good
Great service and nice pool and patios. Big room but small bathroom. looked old and dated. Not renovated in years. Had that moldy feeling. Sliding window to the patio was stuck probably never maintained. Not easy access to light switches More
It was decent when we stayed here...we did so much traveling within 3 days from GA - LA- MX- TN that everything was a blurred. Free shuttle to the Airport was nice but the dinning room was closed and my room's phone didn't work
For what you initially pay, it s a pretty decent hotel. The beds are comfy, the rooms are alright. The bathrooms could stand to be a little bigger and the showers are what you might find in a lower star hotel, but it was alright. It s all the upcharges they get you on. The wifi is cost per day unless you sign up for a rewards program (which isn t bad, but if I can get the wifi for free by giving you my email, why bother even putting a charge in it to begin with? I just unsubscribed from their emails immediately after). The prices for food are weirdly high, and for what you get, you re better off to use Uber Eats or Skip the Dishes. The restaurant prices are similar to an actual 4-5 star restaurant, and the food is closer to a 3 star. You can order room service, but again, pricey. That being said, there are no mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms to store whatever food you have leftover. You can get certain small appliances in your room, for another daily fee. Parking is expensive, and there s a parking garage right next door that s a much better price. Again, it s a decent hotel but for how far it is from everything and how much you ll pay in extra fees, you could just put it in your hotel budget and stay somewhere else.
This property has come a long way in the last few years. The renovations are great to the common areas and you certainly can not beat the location. To be right at LAX, great runway views, free shuttle is perfect for the night before a morning flight. The options to eat are really good as well Landings, Andiamo and a 24 hour cafe are great. (I saw someone say Marriott had cheaper food, I disagree...seems exactly same). More importantly, if you want to get out, take an uber over to El Segundo downtown or Manhattan Beach (maybe 5 or 6 dollars) and try a nice meal at a non hotel restaurant. Free wifi if you join Hiltons free points program and a pool with 4 hot tubs. I like that they have a laundry room with a few washers and dryers but also valet same day dry cleaning. Ok, the rooms are a little tired...they are a great size, clean and well appointed but still completely a 4 star experience...with great water pressure!!! Also, they update every few years anyway, so the tired rooms will be fresh again. The standouts here by far are Alex and Veronica...I stay here often (multiple times per month) and at the front desk or 16th floor concierge lounge they provide personal, incredible attention and service. They are an asset to Hilton LAX and Hilton in general. The Landings bartenders are all very cool and they serve the Impossible burger...misses being a 5 star by the non personality when you dial the operator, they seem sad and not in the hospitality business...
Tip to a better stay...download the Hilton app...check in on line and get a digital key on your phone, it will save you a lot of time on the long line days.
I really like this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I'm airline crew and I used to stay at this place all the time on overnights with a former airline. I'm now back here 15 years later with another airline (LUV) and like it even more. Join Hilton honors and try the app. Very convenient check in and electronic key functions. Very cool.
After waiting for an hour and half for their "free" shuttle, we get to the hotel to wait another 45 minutes to check in while 1 attendent helps a line of people. We where over charged beyond the quoted after tax rate that we reserved it will. THEN there was a huge party going on. HUGE! There qas no way for us to even sleep.on the 6th floor with how loud they were! Then their shuttle wasnt around to take us to the airplane so we had to pay for a cab. I will NEVER stay here again!!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced before.
I mistakenly made a reservation for the Hilton Los Angeles Hotel on the wrong date, so I tried to explain them about the situation. However, I told that the policy was not acceptable so they couldn't modify at all with extremely rude voice by the phone. I explained again how this accident happened but still so rude to handle this issue. They tried to hang up on me... I will not stay this hotel again. They are a very rude manner and guest service.
Checked in tonight at 11 pm, on the 13th floor. As soon as we turned the corner, there was a over-whelming, disgusting stench of pot smell! It is inconceivable, that guests would be doing that, in any hotel room! It was already a less than perfect check-in experience, and this just put me over the edge! Very disappointed.
So far good I'm here for a couple more days but its clean, great service and I will be coming back again
Great location, nice amenities, and comfy bed. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to LA.
Beautiful venue and staff are accommodating to guests.
Room is ok, but a little on the small side. Queen beds are more like doubles. But they are comfortable. Food is very expensive, even at the cheaper bistro option ($17 for water, juice, and a bagel). But sleeping was great, and planes could hardly be heard.
If you expect a general Hilton standard, you would be disappointed.
Even though most hotels have free wifi, they do not have.
In 6th floor. We stayed a room where sink was clogged. They didn't check the sink before we entered the room.
False advertising! Hilton agent told me they were "attached" to the airport. In my book "attached" means you can walk to and from the airport like most "attached" hotels. For this hotel you have to find the correct pick up location (At departures not arrivals), wait outside in the cold because the shuttle only comes every 30 minutes and they load who is there then leaves, and find the correct shuttle (only marked by the sign on the front of the bus). Plan at least an hour of buffer time if you plan to say here and need to travel to/from the airport. For being "attached" it was a 10-15 minute shuttle ride once you found and waited for the shuttle .... So far a terrible experience and as a diamond member with almost 100 nights this year with hilton I can say I will not be staying here again due to their bad faith practices.... all around not a good experience so far... Update for the morning. There are over 40 people waiting on the shuttle bus at 7:00 AM. I've been here at least 20 minutes already
Easy parking for a small car , friendly and helpful ,two shuttle outside lobby waiting for passengers
Stayed here...but again Hilton failed to impress with their service. We are just using our card points from international travels. Once its done. We need to look at other hotel memberships
Really disappointed, bathroom wasnt clean, i got no sleep due to noise, wifi wasnt working and the response to that was to give me a number to call IT myself to sort it, expected way more for the price
We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and it was a pleasant stay . Apartments are fully equipped and nicely located with many food chains and restaurants at walking distance.the hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are will appointed in the service is great. I'm looking forward to trying up the hot tub tomorrow. I attended a conference here and it was very nice to put together by the Hilton crew.
My family is a Hilton Honors family. We stay at Hilton's all over the country regularly. I will say that they Hilton Los Angeles airport when first Walking In is stunning with the large chandelier in the lobby. But that's where the niceties end. Our room was so dirty, filthy, and disgusting. We felt so dirty while staying in the room. There were stains on the walls near the bed (gross!!!), the bathroom had a blood stain in the grout on the floor. There was hair all over the bathroom. The sheets were very stained. But to make matters worse, our air conditioning blasted Heat and for our two-night stay there we were sleeping in sauna like conditions. After our first night stay my husband spoke to the manager, or honors desk attendant to ask about the broken air conditioning and they promised that it would be fixed that night. We got in extremely late that night, and guess what!? It was still a like a sauna in our room! Needless to say we did not get sleep for two nights. Now I'm not saying that you get what your pay for, but with the low rate of this Airport Hotel, you really do get what you pay for! The service is not typical Hilton for sure! After letting the Hilton Honors attendants know about our trouble with the Heat and the dirty room upon check out, the only thing that they offered to do for us was to comp our one day valet parking charge! Steer clear of this hotel! If you're used to the Hilton brand level of Excellence, stay at a different Hilton.
Service was horrible. None of the hot tubs worked. There was a line of 20 guests waiting to check in and only 3 hotel staff checking people in
Very poor executive lounge. Executive level guestroom is perfectly fine,17th floor. But the breakfast served in the executive lounge was unacceptable. Very poor in quality and quantity. At least a nice view on the runaways
Close proximity to airport and car rental locations. High daily rate for forced valet due to vehicle size (Expedition), although their "text to retrieve" system is swift and convenient. Restaurant bar and servers were good. Unique elevators were pretty neat. Rooms were good for the most part. Found some leftover items from previous occupants under the beds.
Used the Valet covered overnight parking ford 3 days and had excellent services
Nice clean Hotel. Delfina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Has a 24/7 Bistro which also offers room service. Has a gift store with a very cordial sales associate.
Glenda kindly upgraded room to a king-sized bed from two doubles. Only two towels instead of the usual 3 or 4 for two guests were provided. Robes available upon request. $38 self-parking or $45 valet is the biggest drawback.
I have not been to this Hilton in An over 8 years and I see that they have done a lot of changes in the remodeling of the place makes it even better than I used to be so I'm really happy with the decorations the rooms are extremely elegant and modern. The staff could be a little bit nicer a little bit more helpful they seem to be preoccupied with their day-to-day tasks that some of them lack customer service.
Lobby very nice, rooms dated. Too much money for the quality. But location is OK.
Excellent Stay been here many times great stuff very friendly
If your on business this is a great place. If you are on vacation look for a place closer to town. Everything has a price tag. Parking and WiFi are extra. Not a place to sleep when on vacation. I recommend it for business trips or layovers
It's super close to LAX but has horrible amenities. It don't think it's worth it for the price you pay here. Rooms are a little bit old and the shower is horrible (sprays out water at super high pressure). They didn't even leave that many towels. No free Wifi. You basically have to be a Hilton honors member to get anything beyond the bare basic amenities. No free parking it's $34/day. The reception staff are very stuck up. when I on my way out, the lady at the counter didn't even look at me and just said "You are good to go". The food here is average but it's a little bit pricey.
This review is for their front desk customer service only. I was holding on line for a long time, almost forgot my question... finally, this lady with a not friendly attitude pick up the phone call. I asked her my question nicely, and she just rude. I can understand the room location request won't be fulfill all the time, but she didn't need to talk like she's educating me. I also ask her about the breakfast fee and she told me to choose the number of person online then the price will show. I did that already. I told her I saw the same price for 1 and 2 person for the breakfast included package, but she didn't even want to let me finish my sentence, and keep telling me "go put the right number of person then you will see." I wish I know her name.. this is a NOT OK customer service attitude.
The service was great as well as the rooms were comfortable and clean.
Very comfortable on the floor we were on there was a patio I would continue to visit this hotel again
Great hotel if you're in the area. Really excellent pricing. Only problem is parking but what can ya say, it's LA.
Close by and clean, spacious. Parking lot is very low and oppressively hot. Lots of surrounding fast food restaurants.
Its ok very crowded as you csn imagine, everything costs. Make sure you pay for parking or they will try to charge you twice. Location was the reason for 3 stars otherswise more like 1.5 star hotel.
This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at.
Nice, friendly, and clean hotel. Enjoyed my stay; however, if you re a light sleeper it might not be the best hotel option. It is not possible to close the room doors quietly, so it can get very loud in the morning.
The LAX Hilton was an extremely clean and useful hotel to stay at with a 6:00am looming flight around the corner. With food and drink options it gave an easy meeting point for seeing my cousin who came down to meet before I left. I would definitely recommend this location!
Valet parking was full, so we had to park in a structure nextdoor. The room was nice and included a mini fridge. The elevators were recently upgraded, though I heard some people say they found them to be a little confusing. You need to select the desired floor outside the elevator and then go to the specific elevator that it tells you to take. There are no buttons inside the elevators to select floors. They have a Starbucks in the lobby with an accompanying bistro as well as a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. There is also a gift shop across from the front desk.
The rooms are adequate for the price. The location is good if you re trying to stay close to the airport, but not ideal if you re looking for restaurants or shopping or other things to do in Los Angeles. The staff was friendly and everything was just fine. There are a lot of options for stays in this area, so this place is right in the middle of the options from all angles.
We just flew all night so we decided just to hang out at this hotel for the next day before we started our adventure. Breakfast was great, Hotel Staff great, kids loved the pool, lots to explore - lots to do. All in all we were very pleased.
Great location for the Opera at the Dorthy Chandler Pavillon. An easy 5 minute walk. Large, comfortable rooms.
Nice hotel. Comfortable room. Quiet atmosphere. Nice folks. Available food. It was all very good. Thank you.
Very nice and clean hotel, although vagrants do smoke weed just outside their door. The rooms were nice and spacious with good coffee . I would certainly come back to this hotel!
Pretty standard Hilton, decent rooms, breakfast is not bad. Shuttle service from airport runs decently frequently since it only services the Hilton. Some rooms has great views of the runway to watch planes take off and land. Only downside is the noise around the clock due to the proximity to the airport.
Very nice staff, but the hotel is dated. Room looked a little worn and torn. The view includes a parking garage and once in a while a plane.
The lobby on the other hand is pretty. They do provide a convenient aiport shuttle.
Although the price was right, next time I might choose the nearby Embassy Suites.
Disapointed in my stay. The room was un impressive and had a very cheap motel feel to it. The wifi was slow and un-reliable. The "executive lounge" is extremely small for a hotel of this size. Plan on waiting 20 minutes to eat breakfast or eat stading up. There are better options at LAX for equal price.
You pay 30 bucks a day for parking which most people don't know before booking. You can barely move in park in the garage. The parking stalls are not wide or deep enough even for a small car. The garage smells like Marijuana most our stay. Had to switch rooms because toilet was leaking from underneath. Rooms are a bit dated and has some shotty work done. We expected more from Hilton.
