Great nature park with a variety of animals and shows to see. The ticket included a ride on a bright yellow car train through Puerto de la Cruz. It was a wonderful experience to see animals from many of continents including the exotic white tiger. Be cautious of the "Splash Zones" labelled around the show areas.
Fantastic place to visit. Take your time going round, make sure to see the Dolphin and Orca shows as they are truly stunning. We spent the day and still didn't see everything. It's very well set out and organized and well worth a seeing.
Had a great day here went on the discovery tour and our guide daura was brilliant made the tour very interesting. Loved the shows just needed more time as didn't get to see it all
The park is amazing, you have all sorts of animals you can see. And with each animal there's an information board. The shows were also really nice. There are enough parking lots in the complex. Finding something nice to eat can be hard tho, almost everything is fast-food. This is something you got to do when you come to Tenerife!
A great place to visit if you are in tenerife very family friendly. Parrot park is the translation of loro park but you will be more interested in seeing the Lions ,tiger ,killer whales and dolphins than the birds.
You can buy a double ticket with Siam park at a discount which is what I should have done.
I tried currywurst in the restaurant and I'd recommend it !
I watched all three shows .. sealions , killer whales and dolphins.
The killer whales are onloan from America and two of them have bent over dorsal fins which is concerning. Anyone who watches the shows will be amazed and impressed and lifelong ocean conservationists. Enjoy !!
This was the last day of our holiday and we couldn't have picked a better day out. There are superb enclosures for the animals so they get the best possible care. Some disagree with whales and dolphins in captivity but the emphasis of everything is on conservation and whilst they do tricks you also get lessons on what to do if you come across a beached animal. There were 7 of us ranging from 2 to 67 years and we all had a brilliant day out.
A place for all full of fun and joi and lots of shows with grate interest
Attended a few years ago on a cruise ship as a day out in brilliant attended last year again and was incredibly disappointed there is a much better view on the island a thousand times more enjoyable you actually get to hold monkeys
Mother was provided with a motability scooter we'll have to deposit and I'll credit card details and happily took it around the site we visited the Whale show and before we could decide it was too risky a staff member came over lead mum to the middle well on her scooter turned it off and took the key then the Whale soaked us destroyed the scooter and the site wanted to bill us luckily our passport won't damaged as we had a waterproof bag but it came pretty damn close no warning in the disabled seats even the slightest risk and we would have left was not happy
Well looked after and so many wonderful birds and other animals, great family day out

Amazing zoo with dolphin shows, hippos, parrots, gorillas and lots more. Best to get a second visit ticket for next to nothing when you're in there because you could easily spend two days at the park.
Love this park. It had Orca, Dolphin and Sea lion amazing shows. The animals look well cared for with conservation in mind. The Treetop birds are spectacular to watch up close. There are ample choice of bars and restaurants. There are a lot of endangered big animals like the white tigers and gorillas too not to mention a travellator enclosed space for colonies of penguins.
Reasonably prices for food, shows are included in the price of entry and very well organized.
Really lovely park, prices in the restaurant were very steep and the food wasn't that nice. Also a couple of closed attractions which weren't noted anywhere. So we followed the arrow boards and just wondered back and forth until eventually finding were it was meant to be. But it didn't ruin my experience at all
What can you say about this place. Its absolutely fantastic, the animals are greatly cared for and our guide was "daura" I think her name was. You could she how much she loved the place, animals and her job. She throughly explained everything and made everyone laugh many times. Thanks to Wolfgang the owner for creating this fantastic place and rescuing so many animals.

Entrance is quite expensive but there shows will make you laugh and are jaw dropping. Food on the other hand is well priced and very good. great place to visit with you family.
This park is worth visiting. Very well kept in high standards. You will see lots of animals, birds, monkeys and sea life. The main attractions are the dolphins, seals and orcas shows as well as the parrots show. Of course, this is all done for research purposes ;-)
There's also some nice playground for kids and food sold there. The park can be very busy during the weekends and holidays so it's hard to walk through.
It is best to get tickets online to save waiting at the gates. Parking costs 4 eorus.

Really beautiful animal park with amazing orca shows seal show parrot show ect. But with all those nice things and animal protection talking thru all your visit there unfortunately you will find all restaurants there serving a dead animals on a platter. Second issue there is a not great acces to all places with a child buggy. Other then that even with this issues worth to visit.
Nice park, very clean. Expensive entrance and food. We ate at the Italian restaurant, bad overcooked spaghetti with a not so tasty pesto. Pizza's we're undone at the edges, and black on the bottom. But the kids loved the shows and all the different animals.
Amazing zoo, The animals are very well looked after and you can see that by how they act with the staff that work there my daughter was lucky enough to be able to go in a boat and be with the dolphins this was in September and she still speaks about this daily.
Claim that it is the best Zoo in the world is not far fetched. Shows are great but quite short so animals enjoy it too. Lot of raising awareness about pollution and endangered species. Lovely true life story about a deaf orca that was saved and just become a mum.
Had a great day put here and the best zoo I've ever been to. Lots to do and see. Food isn't overpriced and max drive in one like 1 hour from the opposite end of the island.
The shows are amazing. Not sure how happy the animals are, but they seem to enjoy it, I guess...
We did the diamond tour, a little more expensive but the lunch was heaven if you appreciate a good steak. We had great seats for all the shows but we missed the beginning of the dolphin show as there was no way we could get there from the sea lion show in time. Lots of walking but would thoroughly recommend the park for a great day out. We were there from 9.30 to 6.30 and still didn't manage to see it all but you can buy another ticket for 13 euros if you want to go again. If you love penguins you'll be made up!!
Really great park combining zoo and 5 different shows, with the orca being the best one. I cannot agree with Tripadvisor it's the world's best one as many animals are missing like elephants, giraffes, rhinos,etc,,, Anyway its a great day out with family. TIP: buy the twin ticket along with the Siam water park to save some money.

Loved how environmentally friendly this place is.. You would need all day to get around to all the bits of the park and see all the animals and would definitely recommend seeing the orca show
Lovely place just didnt get long enough at the Park due to having a transfer from the south of Tenerife. 4 1/2 hours is not long enough to get around and see everything in August and was very busy trying walk around with a pushchair is hard work. Also pictures of the shark tunnel are abit missleading not what i was expecting and was a little dissapointed but would love to visit again if only we had more time

Fantastic day out. We purchased the twin ticket for loro parque and siam park. We booked with hays travel and we got 10 per person voucher with the tickets which pretty much paid for lunch for both of us. I think we had to add 3 to pay for lunch. Both parks are highly recommended and the saving with the twin ticket is great. We stayed in los christianos and the coach journey was about 1 hour 20 mins there and probably 1 hour 50ish back because of rush hour traffic. I can not explain how amazing the penguin enclosure is, it was by far the highlight of the day. As a ginger I was extremely happy with how much of the park is shaded. Almost every walkway and all of the enclosures and shows had brilliant shade. I only had to put sun cream.on once as opposed to the usual 2 times every hour, which just added to my enjoyment.

Brilliant. Expensive entry fee at 37 but well worth it. Loved the Penguin Dome - complete with snow. Good facilities.

Is not that great and quite disorganised. We queued for 30 min and when we got in the front, someone told us the show was full. Will be nicer if they advice in advance so we dont waist our time. Not worth to pay full price . For half a day Walking around and seeing some of great animals is good but definitely will not make it a full family day

Voted as the world best by TripAdvisor. Very well maintained, clean, nice and do checkout all the available show (a must and worth the queue as you might want to see it twice!).
You can bring in your own food and drink, and please do that for your convenience and foods it's bit pricey inside.
Oh ya, pls bring raincoat as ready to get wet for the orca show.

Is an amazing place for visiting, is the best I've ever seen. The people are so caring and protective with the animals ,and the animals look so happy in their environment . Very happy to be there.

Lori Park is a huge ambassador of conservation and protection of many species of animals, birds and sealife.
Well worth the visit and would recommend a visit. Get there early to get a parking space or use one of the many coach excursions.
Great place with spectacular shows but one need to realize how small the exhibitions are for some animals. Jaguar for example had a very small runway to his disposal. He could hardly run there. They say a lot about their work for animals elsewhere in the world and they probably do more good then I could see. One star had to be taken off the final note anyway..
If you're a huge animal lover then this place is a must visit. They have an extremely wide range of animals for you to see, and a variety of shows performed by sea lions, dolphins, orcas (watch out for the splash zones!), parrots and much more! The staff are super friendly to the animals and you can see they care for them a lot :)
However, the price is to get in is quite expensive, so be prepared... (35 euros per person!)

Absolutely amazing shows with Whales at 1 part then later the dolphins in a different part of the zoo. They was outstanding. We sat in the right place up about 4 rows so we stayed dry. The lower sections was the area of playtime for many who all knew they will get drenched. There are rain mac's there to buy. So don't sit lower. Also pushchairs with many displays was put out the way. NO EATING OR DRINKING in the audience. I along with most of the people had to gobble up or bin what we just appeared to buy. So I had a whole Slush Puppy I refused to waste. So it's fun sitting outside watching everyone told they aren't allowed in. But the tug of war with many parents and youngster is as good as watching the whale show. So get something half hour before entering them area's cos you also want to be in the display area about 15mins b4 the show for your seating and b4 the doors on them area's are shut for the 20mins show.
Lots of hills in the zoo as with the island. But the zoo is a must while. Penguin lovers will love this bit too. Gorillas and white lions. Lots of birds.
Parking there but once it's full you are probably looking at going back up the hills and looking there. Sun Hats 1euro.
Amazing Zoo Park, everything is made with the purpose to entertain the visitors, the pace is clean and you can see that the animals are really well treated! Don't miss the killer whales, sea lions and dolphins shows! The best part is maybe the aquarium where you can have full immersive experience passing through the tunnel underneath of it.
