Lorelei Staffing was very instrumental in finding me, not just a job, but the career move that I was looking for in recent months. I was contacted by Unnati Patel back in February for a position that she thought would be a good fit for me. Unnati was extremely professional, a pleasure to speak with, and on top of it with her follow ups and guidance for the interview process, both verbally and email. There was always a debrief after the interviews and always kept in touch. In addition, receptionist (or whomever picked up the phone) at Lorelei Staffing, was always professional and did not keep me on hold for a long time. I've been working Laura for some time now and she has been AMAZING! She is always keeping her eye out for what I am looking for and in the field I'm looking in. She understands all that I'm looking for, and most importantly, understands me. I can not say enough about her expertise! She always has an open line of communication and I can check in with her, and she always gets back to me right away. It has been a great experience to be able to work with her.
Update: 6 months after being placed by Lorelei and Unnati is gone, the company I was placed with is downsizing me and Lorelei currently has no substitute roles. I understand things happen (which is why it's kept at 2 instead of one) but taking on a full-time role only to be laid off 6 months later is very discouraging. An analysis of the organization may have revealed it's stability.

Working with Unnati Patel, was a real pleasure. She was able to place me into my first management position. Throughout the process I was treated with consideration and dignity. Working with Unnati felt less like dealing with a recruiter, and more like having an advocate in your corner. Thank you to Lorelei & Unnati in particular!!
Not a good company, started off at $15.00 an hour then they lowered my rate to $13.00 per hour. I worked with a guy making $15 per hour doing the same exact job, he even went as far to show his offer letter to me because we started the assignment together. After I had contacted the recruiter by th e name Unatti more than 3 times, to discuss the rate she claimed that she could not do anything. I explained to her that I am driving from 35 minutes to the work site location, yet still she still was very relaxed at saying pretty much "oh well". Also the staffing agency does not have direct deposit in 2018. I will NEVER recommend or work for them again. Very unresponsive and unfair, not up to par with other agencies modern processes.

This maybe a bit of a long read, but worth it. If I could give a zero I would for this company; they are terrible at communication with their clients (very unprofessional). Even when you go out of your way to try to open up a conversation with them they never follow up with you at all whether it s by phone or via email; you get no response from them. You re better off with any other staffing agency then them honestly. So back in July of 2018 I got a phone call from one of their recruiters Kate who stated they had a job opportunity for me; I was excited to have found a job. I went in for my interview while there I had to take a couple assessments, do my I9, and E- vierify. Durging the interview I informed the recurtuiter that I was a student, and school would be starting for me if my schedule would be a compromise I was promised and assured that the company I would be assigned to had part-time available and they would work with me ( Completely bogus, it was a big fat LIE). My assignment ended because of that, so I called in and ask if there was anything else available I spoke with Unnati and she informed me
She was working on looking for a new assignment for me, this was early september. By mid Sept. I didn t hear from anyone so I called again and once again I was giving the same response and was promised a email follow up never got one. So I just focused on finishing up my semester, towards the end of my semester I called back again and spoke with Unnati and informed her that I would be able to work full time hours and gave her my availability; she said she had something for me to send over my resume and she would follow back up with me via email. About a week past and I didn t hear anything back so I once again called to find out what was going on. I was then informed that the position was closed. No one cares to share that information with me until I called to follow-up even though she said she would. I believe Unnati is the head of everything in that office (a complete joke). This has been one of the wrost services I ve ever received, and thankfully I decided to do my own job search and found me a place of employment. I would never in my life suggest anyone I know or don t know to every rely on these people at this staffing agency for any type of professionalism or aid with finding a job. They wasted my time from the beginning all the way to the end. Also they don t even offer direct deposit, they still do paper checks which is such an inconvinence
Waste of time. Had a phone interview, and then asked me to come in. Sat with the recruiter for about 15 minutes and then they made me take a microsoft word and excel test to see if I really knew the programs which took another hour. After I left, the recruiter failed to follow up with me and ignored my emails.
Lorelei staffing found me employment in between contracts on 2 separate occasions as they said they would be able to do. The staff is nice and paychecks always come on time!

I cannot express enough what a wonderful experience I had with Lorelei Staffing. I worked with Dana and she was an amazing recruiter. She was always very attentive, asked me lots of questions to really get to know my needs, and kept me posted throughout the entire process. I want to thank Dana for finding me the perfect job in only a week! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a employment placement to give Lorelei Staffing a consideration. Extremely professional and friendly staff. They don't give up and make sure that they find the perfect fit for you. I gave up looking, but they didn't and I'm very pleased with the position I landed.
Wow!! It s taken me a few months to find the time to write this review because I now have the career of my dreams. Thanks to Lorelei Staffing, I now hold a full-time position within a company where I no longer dread going to my job. And that s the point: Lorelei Staffing took the time to help me discover my strengths, and even helped me to honestly see positions I should not even apply. One of my goals for signing up with a staffing company was I wanted to say goodbye to dead end jobs. With the assistance of Lorelei Staffing, I don t just have a job, I have a career. I am now gainfully employed for a company that prides itself on taking care of their employees - where benefits, teamwork and advancement are common language around the office.
