Went to Sweetgreens. New salad place at 10 Hudson Yards. Went to get a free salad offered thru my bldg. Salad was great, but when I went for my salad and asked for a bag was told there was none! Who doesn't have bags in there establishment when it is a food place! Found that strange.

Beautiful area. Lots of great photo opportunities. Easy to get to. Just get on the 7 train and ride it to the end of the line. Lots of benches and tables to have your lunch outdoors. Restrooms available in the park. Plus a small play area for the kids .

My college went on a trip to NY! One of main events was going to the Hudson Yard. Due to thunder and lightning, we were unable to actually go inside The Vessel, but it was definitely gorgeous from the outside! And hey, can't complain- The Flash showed up and we went inside the mall instead to avoid the rain.

I enjoyed my time visiting this new destination place in the west side of NYC, where you the trains are parked. However, you see something much more. A new shopping mall, the Shed, and that hexagonal structure the name of which I can not recall now. It's quite easy to go there, actually.

Good

I have had the opportunity to visit Hudson Yards on a few occasions on my visits to NYC from Canada. In a city and area where there is so many people it's easy to get lost in the crowd (as expected); however this last trip to the city completely blew my mind to the point where I felt it was necessary to actually post a review.

Some how even though I have been to Hudson Yards a couple of times I still manage to get lost; and this time was no exception...the only difference was that there was a concierge who not only accompanied me to where I was going but actually gave me an insightful mini tour of the yards BUT blew my mind with some of the knowledge he had on things.

We live in a time where people are impatient with others even with just asking small questions, but this gentleman was courteous, actually was engaged when I had questions pertaining to things like the art in the building, and things to do in the surrounding area; and again...he actually knew what he was talking about (I even asked him some things that I knew just to see if he was trying to fake his way through a conversation; and he wasn't wrong).

I couldn't have been more impressed with this encounter and the whole experience will be embedded with me. As I went on my way, I shook the gentleman's hand in appreciation, and thanked him for actually engaging with a complete stranger. His name was Juan H. and the thing that stood out the most is that he told me at the end he wasn't even a concierge but in fact security for the building! I couldn't believe it!

Hudson Yards is the "new" neighborhood of Manhattan! Architecture is fantastic! It completely fills your eyes! skyscrapers, science fiction structures and super-technological buildings are combined with classic and essential lines. To visit the entire area including the new mall.

No decent eatery. Unless you're well off financially, there were only a few places that was affordable to shop. I guess that was their intention. Run the poor away. Keep them away. Shame on whomever thought it was okay to build this establishment. It's a very boring "mall". Went on opening day and all I got was a crowd. Not worth my money or time. Who spends $200 on a damn tee shirt when there are hungry people in this country? I can definitely find better things to do with my money. Give to homelessness, hunger, veterans that are on the sidewalks that these same rich people are walking pass and ignoring them. Smh@the mentality of these people. Sucks to be them

Love it

Overly engineered luxury shopping mall with lots of options, buuuut distributed across 5 (6?) floors and not always with the most convenient layout.

Beautiful though and definetly worth a visit.

Very interesting thing.

Very interesting thing.

Tickets are free, but you need to buy in advance, and when you climb onto it, it staggers. Not suitable for those who are afraid of heights.

You have to go to check in yard to get passes that can take anywhere from 15. To 45 mins depending on your paper works in order then drive to building park and wait to get elevators not easy

The shopping mall at hudson yards has the lastest designer stores and high-end fashions that NYC is known for. The mall is brand new and the restaurants are very nice as well. If your on the West Side with a few hours of free time, you should definitely walk around the mall and do some shopping

A new office building with limited public transportation accessible nearby. Most people walk two big blocks to Penn Station to take the trains or subways on the west side. Not a comfortable walk on a hot summer day or a cold winter day.

I loved this place, $38 per person. You had to run the usual gauntlet of items and photos they were trying to sell you but when that was over it was great. Its 100 floors up and it has a large outside deck with one section that has an all glass floor that they ask you to jump up and down on. Not happening. One corner is like your standing on the bow of a ship like in the movie titanic only 1000 feet up and nothing around you but air. Terrifying in all the best ways. A great experience.
