You must take your issues to the ombudsman and don't give up! Don't put up with disrepair, mould, abuse, damp, ASB and a whole host of other issues all whilst being extorted. They constantly lie, ignore you, fob you off, don't deal with serious issues, keep increasing rent further financially abusing you while their service sinks even lower and your outdated shockingly bad quality of living standards nose dives. Don't put up with endless no shows for arranged appointments or cheap shockingly bad repairs and half completed jobs (when someone actually bothers to turn up!). This corrupt clown outfit are not fit for purpose and need shutting down, top management need prison time for abuse, neglect and criminal behavior. Customers don't let them get away with their vile twisted behavior and games. The ombudsman will help but it takes time. Longhurst will be fined for each investigation. Each customer suffering at their abusive corrupt hands needs to take it to the ombudsman. DON'T LET THESE CORRUPT CRIMINALS GET AWAY WITH IT. STAND UP FOR YOURSELVES. WE ALL NEED TO WITHHOLD RENT AND COLLECTIVELY TAKE THEM TO COURT!!
