I have been using Longhorn Solutions in Houston since my son was 3. Have not had any problems. They even called to check to see if there are any changes in the child size. Informed them my child only uses pullups now. The next shipment was the pull ups I requested. Overall I think they do a fantastic job.

My mother has been home from the nursing home for a month. This company sent her the wrong incontinence supplies 3 weeks ago and will not send the correct diapers for my 78 year old mother. I have called them 3 times and all i get are excuses. Also on the delivery they had my neighbors down the street address and I didn't know her delivery was sitting there for 3 days. There must be laws against this and I plan on finding out if there are today!

I am calling my daughter's insurance to get her supplies changed. They sent me only have of her supplies last month and with all the covid I thought maybe they were short and would send the rest. When I was running very low I called to find out. I was ignored. I kept calling, when I reached someone they argued with me on what I received. They even admitted to shorting her the last couple months causing us to run out. I finally stated that what difference does it make if she is out now. They then said they would give her more in a week. We are out NOW. What good is it. If it were food they would be saying 'ok just don't eat for a week then we will take you to a buffet but in the mean time we will eat steak from what we took from you by skimming your order but still getting paid.

If I could give a zero I would. They got a prescription for wheelchair and in June and today September 6, 2019 I get a call for delivery tomorrow. Thanks BUT NO THANKS!

This company is beyond incompetent. Do not use this place for any supplies.

I don't think that longhorn medical supply deserve
any stars because they don't care about there client they send what ever and u can't return them because medicaid done pay for them .. I think it waste of money . longhorn don't deserve that one star but if i don't put it on they wont post it ........

My order delayed . the nurse practitioner sign form . Waiting for primary care physician approval . No delivery .

Apparently no way to view the equipment but doesnt state on website. Drove here before 5pm(4pm) to locked door. Hope that can be updated. Due to Covid..Unfortunately. At previous DME's I have worked for, patients/families could see the choices in person to find best fit for situations.please clarify on website.

I wish my insurance still worked with you ya'll treated me great
