Jennifer Brown, provided me with a horrible experience for this company. She was unprofessional and aggressive. She called numerous times, unexpectedly. When finally answering, one of the many unscheduled phones calls, from Jennifer Brown I quickly regretted answering. Perhaps, when I addressed the many unexpected phones calls from an unknown number, without email or prior notifications as a non-effective method to contact potential new hires, she took offense. Nonetheless, Jennifer Brown's tone and demeanor was terrible from beginning to end. It was when I asked for her manager's information, she quickly informed me that the information on my resume no longer fit the job description. Interesting, being that this was the same resume she used to contact me numerous times prior but now since I addressed her unprofessionalism I am no longer a match for the company?

Jennifer, sounded as if she was speaking in her bed and not fully together, never have I encountered such unprofessionalism. I have never heard of this company, outside of applying as a qualified candidate, nor have I done business with Longbridge Financial, LLC , however with significantly poor representation of Jennifer Brown's personal interaction, I do not intend to work or do business with this company in the future.

Hope this review helps somebody that may be considering involvement with the company as a new hire, just my two cents on a recent unpleasant experience with Longbridge Financial LLC.

If I could give more stars, I would - Ryan Philip and Longbridge Financial LLC, have given me an ideal reverse mortgage with a low interest rate, FHA approval (guaranteed no value loss below $0 for my heirs), and an upfront and easy to understand process I always felt comfortable with and in control of. But this is what I would hope a great reverse mortgage company would offer (I was not disappointed, ever).
What I didn't expect was the compassionate understanding, thorough walk-through, and attentive 24/7 service Ryan provided, from the very first email we shared. My situation proved to be challenging (it took over 8 months to finalize from start to finish), yet Ryan was upbeat, confident, straightforward, and utterly professional throughout the entire process, understanding my set-backs, redefining obscurities, and keeping me updated of every movement he made.
I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan and Longbridge. I am a single mom who has had to be creative throughout my 24 years living in my home. I've faced bankruptcy and job loss and was always, as I have realized, under the pressure of losing my home. I lived just on the cusp of 'making it'.
Now, for the first time in my life, I KNOW, I have a roof over my head for as long as I want it. The security of this knowledge is priceless, and I couldn't have it without Ryan and his team of professionals. The comfort is unimaginable, yet, I have it! I continue to pinch myself even after a month of this reality.

Ryan has been in the industry and worked both in the corporate office and as a CRMP for a number of years. He was one of three I interviewed before I chose him. I did this because of his knowledge of the products and because of his knowledge of the process to get a reverse mortgage were far....far...far...superior to the other two. He went the extra mile using his experience with the underwriting to get me the best deal possible. He has a very charming and kind personality which also doesn't hurt when you are going through the . Highly recommend you work with him.
