He went above and beyond to explain the market and guiding me as to what needed to be done before the house went on the market, he also supplied names of contractors to get the work done. He also helped me to navigate all the offers that we received on the property and ultimately we got top dollar and a fast closing. Mike was ethical and fair throughout the whole process. Morgan has been amazing for me - she's gone above and beyond throughout all of it. There's been some difficult times with a builder and his agent, a house that did not appraise due to the difference in pandemic pricing and an appraiser not taking that into account, and then just general struggles with finding a new home. This is my third home, and I've had good agents before, but I don't think any of them would have stuck with me with such dedication as she has. She is a treasure and I recommend her to anyone!

My agent, Jill Dalley, was absolutely wonderful! She was very professional at all times. She was helpful and creative with helping me find solutions to selling and getting rid of all of my stuff which was not an easy task since I am a pack-rat. I was not happy with cleaning, selling or leaving my house and I fought it the entire way, but with motivation from my son and Jill I was able to complete the huge task. Jill was very patient with me and informative in giving me all the information I needed to prepare and sell my house successfully.
