Great staff. Happy and helpful. Small variety of Stock. Skeezy car salesman owner spent the entire visit on his phone or trying to convince me to buy expensive stuff I didn't need

The person running the store was very condescending and seemed to be unhappy to help me. When he talked he had a terrible attitude. The person I spoke to during my visit was a Caucasian male with glasses and curly hair to the neck. The shop also didn't have too much selection. Overall very unhappy with my visit and the customer service.

Excellent customer service! People here are really kind and honest as well knowledgeable about the long boarding community here in Toronto. I came in ready to spend some money on new bearings, but the owner took a look and told me my bearings were fine and that the board just needed a tune up - his honesty and knowledge have definitely won over my loyalty! Quick service by knowledgeable owner. I bought the standard store brand longboard set-up.

Rode 10km in last three days since getting board. Need to tighten trunks a bit more myself. Also, need to come back for some safety gear.

Their boards are okay, I got one with no tail for 200 dollars, the guy asked me what's my budget, I said max 200, and there it is, dude sees the rich Asian and sold me that longboard, I been using that board for half a year, spent a lot of time on it, learned to longboard faster than I thought, balance and the feels on the longboard is decent although I definitely could have bought a much better longboard shopping online like enjoi, almost, warehouse etc for around 100 dollars, not saying they posers because in Toronto these days there's barely any good skateshops since mostly brands are in US, I gave away my longboard to my friend because the board doesn't really have that much to offer, maybe it's because I changed the bearings at so hip it hurts (don't go there)

Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and willing to take as much time as was needed to get me on the perfect board for me. It really seemed important to him (Ryan) that I got what I wanted, and exactly what I needed. Just came back from my first cruise on the new deck and it was amazing. Couldn't be happier or more impressed. Thanks again to Longboard living. I will definitely be back!

Longboard Living is AMAZING!
Being a young woman, this was by far the most welcoming shop I entered in my hunt for the perfect board. Not only was it welcoming, but they had a great selection of boards that had more feminine designs on them which was surprisingly hard to find at some of the other shops I visited.
The service, the prices and the boards were all incredible!
I would definitely recommend Longboard Living!

Went there took me about an hour but it was worth it , great customer service and bought great wheels and hardware , and even gave me some free stickers !! Overall a great shop for longboarding .

I have always had great experiences here with the owner of the shop. He price matched a board for me and when I brought my trucks and wheels he put fresh hardware on my board and cleaned the bearings for me before setting the board up for me. Great service and lots of cool boards to choose from.

We ought our two Evolve skateboards form these guys. They rock! Our boards are sick!

Some really good products that have been unavailable during covid 19 quarantine, seems like lots of products are unavailable or on back order probably impacted by shipping. This is true for several online skateboard stores, I see. I am interested in carbon fibre and skate surf so I always check here first. What I love is their beer boards made of recycled aluminum.

I like their outreach programming and meet ups, maybe in the distant future. This store is a definite asset to the Kensington Market.

Ryan was awesome, and really helpful. My wife and I have been here twice in a span of three months, and both times we left thinking we re glad that this place exists for ourselves, and for the long boarding culture.

Best all around skate shop in Downtown Core. Friendly and experienced service, always go there to get a tune up, parts or advice on spots. They also do a evening skate.

Wonderful customer service, all the skateboarding equipment you need.. Longboard Living has it! First time boarder or even experienced, it doesn t matter! They re always at your service. Ever since I found his store, I've gone nowhere else (and I don t live close by but the journey is always worth it). Ryan is a great man!

They really hooked me up for my online orders. I recently ordered a Boosted Board for my boyfriend from this store. They have been very helpful through the buying process and have done their absolute best to ensure that our package arrived to Ottawa safely and on time. Our unit number didn t make it onto the shipping label but the response from the team was quick and done with care and expertise. It was a small hiccup in an overall enjoyable experience. I have no concerns recommending this business to my friends and family.

Great little hipster spot for boards. They have everything from longboards to skateboards, to electric variants, as well as all the accessories you could need. The clerks are always super chill and willing to help point you in the direction most suited for you.

I'm a beginner on e-stake, I purchased my boosted board from Ryan at Longboard Living, he is great to deal with from day 1, knowledgeable and more than willing to provide great input, and with his super fast personel 5 stars service, very happy with my decision to go 2 him for my e-skate needs.

Never been inside but the owner was extremely rude to someone on the sidewalk in front of his store last summer when I was walking by..I am not sure what happened but it seemed relatively unprovoked and over reactive.
