Amazing place to work and Learn. The armbrusters they own the business are very caring of there workers and workplace peace. Very good workforce when it comes to quality.

My husband and I have used Long Electric for many years. They have provided the electrical work for both our residential and commercial needs. They are a local family owned business that takes pride in taking care of their customers . The electricians are friendly and dependable but also professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of their work. They know they represent a long standing tradition working for the Long Electric Company.

Girl who answered the phone was rude and they didn't have what we needed.

We have no heat. No electricity on the back half of our house. We need an electrician but got told it's to much to come out and do an estimate because we are going through our insurance company which means you have to wait to get paid. People all the time go to jobs and wait for their paychecks. It's called your job.

I am not going to rate poorly, because I know an action of one employee is not always a reflection of an entire company. But, I am very irate. I scheduled an appointment for a quote on some work I have to get done before I sell my house, for 5-17-18. I used my own PTO to make sure I was home for the electrician, who was a no call/no show. It was very unprofessional of the employee to not even call me to say he was not going to be able to make it.

Long Electric is a good company with good people. I have firsthand knowledge of their reliability and professionalism on both personal and business levels. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have electrical work done.

Called to try and get a quote. They came out saw it but when called to see the update about it. Guy said he had other paperwork on top of it and forgot about that s why he hasn t gotten to it. When I tried to see when I can hear back with the quote. He replied with if I need it done soon I can call someone else.
