I am not going to rate poorly, because I know an action of one employee is not always a reflection of an entire company. But, I am very irate. I scheduled an appointment for a quote on some work I have to get done before I sell my house, for 5-17-18. I used my own PTO to make sure I was home for the electrician, who was a no call/no show. It was very unprofessional of the employee to not even call me to say he was not going to be able to make it.
