Don't be fooled by the bogus "A Google User" reviews! Those are quite likely fake or setup by Deb herself. Oh yeah her "Top Northern VA Realtor" moniker is a self reported title that her clients "think" of her! While Deb appears professional and trustworthy at first, in my experience I found her to be untrustworthy and very unprofessional. She failed to show for a scheduled home visit then tried to blame me, claiming I scheduled the day prior. Even though there was a communication problem she did not attempt to call and even refused to return calls and left us stranded waiting on her most of a Saturday in an area we were unfamiliar with. Her next communication was 2 days later with more emailed home listings! She acted as if nothing happened! Run, don't walk to another Realtor because you will likely get lulled into trusting her, then get stranded.

I wish there was a rating above Excellent because that's what Deb deserves for all of her hard work. She made our home buying experience painless.

My in-laws found Deb through an online search a few years ago when they were looking to move. They loved working with Deb, so we knew that when we began our search we would use her as well. Ours was an interesting process because we we're staying with our in-laws while we searched for a home. That said, there was no hard date we had to be out, so we could really look until we found the house we loved. Deb showed us every house that we wanted to see and always made time for us.

We found our house in March, and as everyone knows, the housing market in Northern Virginia is crazy at the moment. Houses are on the market for a day and then they're gone. We fell in love with our house, and told Deb to do what it takes to get us this house, and she did. Our house had 4 other offers, all full price, but we got it..and I know Deb is the reason we got it She puts together a fair contract; buyers, sellers, and Realtors alike all enjoy working with her.

Making the decision to work with Deb was one of the best we made; she is a pleasure to work with. Deb makes you feel like you're her only customer before, during and even after the sale!

My wife and I used Deb to purchase a first time home (a short sale) which is a stressful transaction, even more so when dealing with a short sale. From the day we first worked with her to closing 5+ months later (and even after) she was incredible in terms of knowledge, diplomacy, business savvy, and providing details. We literally felt like we were her only clients, despite her representing many housing transactions. Her sales and track record is a testimony of her work ethic and humble, pragmatic approach she takes throughout the process. There was also no question 'too dumb' for her to pleasantly answer which made us feel completely comfortable and confident, especially on closing day. If you are a young professional in the DC-area who is new to the market around here, she is an excellent choice!

Being first time home buyers in this market is tough. And Deb helped us navigate the pitfalls with her experience. Even with all our requirements and constraints, Deb found us about 30+ houses to look at and then helped us formulate the plan for placing an offer.
After not making thru on a couple of offers we were very disappointed but then we found "the house" that we very much wanted and asked Deb to get it for us and she did!! There were multiple offers on that house as well, but the way we put the contract got us the house, for which we are extremely thankful to Deb!
We are now happily settled in the house that we wanted and in the process have earned a very good friend in Deb. Thanks again Deb!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Deb on our new home search. Since we had 2 days to look for a home in Northern VA, as we were relocating from out of state, the search was short and jammed packed. Deb never skipped a beat. We know we were not her only clients that weekend but you wold have never guessed it. We found her to be knowledgeable, detail oriented, customer focused and caring. Our experience was five star.

We originally contacted Deb in Spring 2016 when we were selling a different house in Manassas. We were having a horrible time with several issues in the sale and very little support from our then realtor. We were about to let our contract expire since it hadn t sold and would ve signed with Deb, but we received an offer a few days before. However, we kept in touch with Deb since we knew we would want to have her represent us if we sold our rental property, which happened this Fall (2018).

From the start, Deb was incredibly responsive. She advised us on the pros and cons of selling the house in the Fall vs. the Spring and helped us devise a plan to prepare the house for sale. She liaised with our management company and tenants since we lived in another state, and she was the consummate professional through all these interactions. When we received a lot of pushback from an overly zealous HOA, she took over all the communications with them as well. This took a lot of pressure off and allowed us to focus on house repairs and upgrades.

After our Manassas sale, we were worried when the offers did not come in quickly, but Deb helped us remain calm and plan contingencies in case we had any delays. When we finally did get an offer, Deb gave flawless advice on the negotiations, which maximized the amount we walked away with and created a fair deal. She helped us clear all the issues raised in the home inspection and represented us at closing, letting us know the minute we were closed. This level service was not something we had experienced before, and we are very thankful for it.

If we owned any other properties in Virginia, we would absolutely go with Deb again. She was a great realtor and represented us impeccably.
