This place is great. I've been going here for years and have purchased multiple firearms and every time their recommendations have worked out very well for me. The owner and tall skinny guy have always been very friendly. I went in a week ago to ask a question and it was a woman working there. She was not friendly at all and seemed irritated that I was even in the store. Other than her I highly recommend this place.

My neighbor is a woman with lots of firearms experience, whereas I have almost none. After going to over a dozen gun shops in Pima and Cochise Counties, she said she finally purchased a handgun from Chosin. She said they treated her more respectfully than any of the other shops she visited. The man behind the counter gauged her experience level and was very knowledgeable. I was told the prices were also very fair, so I drove down to Chosin a few weeks later.
For years I had thought about getting a handgun, but wasn't sure where to start. The gentleman behind the counter figured out right away that I was pretty clueless, but he never belittled me. He was patient and helped me figure out what was a good fit for me. He wasn't pushy about making a sale either. After some more explanation on another day, I made a purchase.
Now I actually carry my handgun on me with confidence, and I know the parts of my handgun and what the heck I'm doing! A month ago I never would've imagined doing that. It feels wonderful knowing I can take care of myself.

Horrible customer service. Went in for the first time today looking for some personal defense 9mm ammunition. Employee was put out that I was even there and was annoyed by my questions. I will never be back.
I do not recommend anyone shop here. Just another gun shop taking advantage of the frenzy and gouging unsuspecting customers. Trying to charge $50 for a PMag; shameful. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and visit the place right next door, I think it's called High Country or something, where you will find an honest and fair deal.

I can speak on the firearms but not the cycles We purchase most of our arms from there and plan on continuing that trend.
Terrible service...walked in on a Sat. And the man was almost put out that we were even there..he never came up to us He never made us feel welcome...We Will Never Go back

Very nice people. We cane in quite a bit before making a purchase. They were very knowledgeable and helpful every time we went in. For me personally, I loved there was a couch to sit on while the husband talked about guns. They also have a super cute dog behind the counter you can pet. We did end up actually ordering what we wanted. They we're great at keeping us updated and calling us when it arrived. It's a great place, great people, great prices!
This is a really well stocked gun store. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. They do special orders and customs.
I ordered a Springfield XD 45 there and got it in about a week. It was a special model, which is the only reason they didn't have it on hand.
I also took my wife to get her a new gun. The owner was a huge help. He helped her figure out what kind of gun she liked and even gave us a military discount.
Not a very large selection, regular prices but awesome staff. The guy who runs this store is extremely personable and and shows his support for military and veterans by helping out where he can. I thoroughly enjoy my experience everytime I enter this store!

Guns aren't really my thing, but I am fascinated by some of them and how the process works. I went in here one time with a buddy of mine and it was real fine. The place was decorated and had a great vibe to it, even if you're not heavy on the guns side, I suppose. The one guy we talked to had great stories and we had a decent conversation. I recommend this place to anyone in the area interested in firearms and the like.
Each time I ve been here I ve gotten the best price and great customer service. Because of that I ll always come here first when I m on the market for a new firearm.
