I ordered a braclet for my son as a gift. I emailed after a while to check on the status and they were very responsive and communincated when it was done and shipped. The quality was great and my son was very happy with it. I will order a buckle for him next.

Just had a heck of a time getting what I ordered done correctly. The first time I received the buckles they were beautiful but one major word was spelled wrong. I sent them back and they were to refund me for shipping. They did not like they said they would at that time. I asked them that when they get done to just send my teammate hers and me, my buckle. When they shipped the buckles back, they sent me both despite our agreement. I was not satisfied upon looking at the buckles. It looked like they just reused the buckles I sent back instead of making new ones, some of the lettering looked sloppy, and the buckles were not clean and polished. It took a long time before I was refunded for the shipping. I just figured when you're buying expensive buckles they should be of quality and done correctly. I was not impressed with this company.
