Just had a heck of a time getting what I ordered done correctly. The first time I received the buckles they were beautiful but one major word was spelled wrong. I sent them back and they were to refund me for shipping. They did not like they said they would at that time. I asked them that when they get done to just send my teammate hers and me, my buckle. When they shipped the buckles back, they sent me both despite our agreement. I was not satisfied upon looking at the buckles. It looked like they just reused the buckles I sent back instead of making new ones, some of the lettering looked sloppy, and the buckles were not clean and polished. It took a long time before I was refunded for the shipping. I just figured when you're buying expensive buckles they should be of quality and done correctly. I was not impressed with this company.
