Francine from the beginning gave me very little attention, she stays with two dogs in the room while you answer, except that she doesn't let go of her cell phone while you are trying to explain it is very frustrating. My wife had her visa done with Francine. Great service and the visa arrived earlier than expected. I know it's possible to do everything on your own and spend not even a quarter of what they charge, but if you don't want to rush around, it's best to hire someone who already knows how to do everything on time.
