I m staying in a London Villa apartment for three months for a work posting. Thanks to Antonio and Fathima it was a total breeze sorting everything out and I think this is one of the only buildings in Notting Hill with a porter. They re a bit strict about where the trash bags go and stuff. But then I guess that s how their properties stay so nice

Awful flat - near uninhabitable! Tiny, dirty, cheap and tacky and they charge 300 pounds/week!! Stay away!!
NO STARS FOR TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AGENCY!!! They have done two tenancy agreements simultaneously for the same studio and just because the other person was interested in a much more long stay they left me without nothing, although I had already paid the deposit and sign the agreement! PPPPFFF!!! TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
An incredible experience! Carly just made it for us. That girl is such a delight. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and she made it so easy for us to check-in. I asked for the flat to be decorated for my other half s birthday and she did an awesome job. I know I m kind of high maintenance but Carly always answers with a smile. It s like talking to a mate. Thank you for making our trip extra special
The best stay ever. All the staff is extremely professional and helpful, I have never had a problem with them. I dealt with Denise and Tina and I couldn't have chosen better. The flat was in a perfect location, clean and amazing. Every single penny that I paid was worth!

As for the rental I had no complaints
the apartments they have are very well clean and if you have any problem they will solve it.
The property was located in Central London, next to Bond Street Tube station. The properties was renovated and the service was amazing. the properties were better than the pictures. The team was helpful. the hospitality was beyond the expectations. I strongly recommend. Peter

No show for viewing, no explanation, did not pick up phone, nothing.
We have had a viewing for a wonderful apartment with Pablo. After two days we were able to sign the contract and move in. Everything went smooth, and the people were very nice.
The positive review posts HAVE to be FAKE. They baited and switched us. The BEST looking studio was posted, they LIED and made up a story about how a woman was the landlord, but obviously there is no such person. The one that we looked at was NOT the one in the photo. Her response was: oh yeah, I got confused, so many studios in this building. That one was rented. BAIT AND SWITCH. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

They came intoo my flat waking me up for viewings without telling me nothing
They tried to put pressure on me to pay fees for things i didn't do
Someone should sue them in justice because it looks that defrauding there customers is part of there business,
I would have done it if i had enought money and time.
WOULD NEVER STAY WITH THEM AGAIN
They threatened me to change my bad review so here I am editing it with added details, already 2 months after my stay and still dealing with them, a continuous nightmare sort of experience.
In short: Spotted a mouse in the flat, dirty shared bathroom, got a racist comment from the manager, (very unpleasant conversations with him in fact), was not given my deposit after I left even though it wasn't necessary to keep it.
I had a stay with them as I was visiting London. Had some inconveniences nevertheless blinked an eye on them due to my busy tourist schedule.
Then the manager sent me an email after I left the country saying they kept my deposit for reasons such as:
1. "punishment" ?!? (I have never been notified such a reason to keep my deposit)
2. "leaving the flat dirty" (takes no more than 10 pounds of harm for gods sake )
3. "Bathroom sink blockage" (I was the one who complained to them about the blockage because the water wouldnt go down and it smelled very bad, inconvenience for me and my visitors!) "the blockage was caused by Daillies contact lenses packaging" (never even heard such product before, obviously some tenant before me left it.)
Then I wrote bad reviews about them and then they threatened me with taking legal action against me. Everything I write here is either real incidents or my ideas I share with my freedom of speech. There is no wrong information here and they are just trying to scare me in order for their prospective clients to not see these things. I dont only regret my stay but my time and my energy with this agency.
It is not even limited to this:
1. I was made to come to their office once to pay the next week's rent (otherwise I would get kicked out the next day) when I was sick in bed although I was told that I would be sent someone to my flat for that.
2. The manager seems kind in general but can get really rude.
3. Rates are expensive for short let (in my case very very expensive for all the headache I got) for a tiny studio after.
4. The porter helps when asked but makes you feel like you are being a problem when you ask him for help and doesn't really seem to be enjoying his job.
Fantastic company to deal with. Pablo is my pick for Real Estate Agent of the Year. He's in danger of giving real estate agents a brilliant name :) He is so empathetic, friendly, responsive, professional AND he 'pulls rabbits out of hats'! I have never had better service from a real estate agency. I highly recommend London Villa. Thank you for all your help, Pablo! A+++
As a student finding a place in London I was worried however the process was very smooth and easy with the help of Claudia and the LondonVilla team. Truly appreciated their help in finding my bit of London. Will definitely use them again

Booked for a long weekend and service was off the scale good. Carly was on the end of the line whenever we needed her and the porter was always there with a mega watt smile. Even my girlfriend couldnt wipe it from his face and she s a proper mare on her best behaviour.
I rented a studio at South Kensington for 1 year. In london is not easy to get a flat. most of the agencies ask for loads of
documentations and high incomes. the agent Tina was absolutely helpful and easy to deal. the agency was very flexible. the rates applied by the agency were reasonable compared the others agencies. the studio was small but South Kensington is a very expensive area so I found the price very reasonable. when I left I had my deposit back on the time that the contract said and Tina was still very helpful about my doubts.
Waste of time. Terribly unorganised and bad communication. Wouldn't recommend.

Claudia was the broker who helped me, she was extremely and friendly. Throughout the duration of my stay, she was accessible via phone and email. It was a pleasure dealing with her and London Villa.

Rented an apartment in April 2014. They changed the reservation 4 days before my arrival, claiming pipes in original booking had burst. New apt. was larger but in horrible condition. Sink in bathroom broke twice and never worked properly. Mold in bathroom, peeling paint in bedroom, dust and hair under radiator, filthy sofa. Had to stay because nothing else was available. Management was informed of all problems. Left for 3 days to Paris, had to return to same flat (again, nothing else available). Dust and dirt were still under radiator, sofa cover was still filthy. They didn't even bother to fix the things that could have easily been fixed (vacuum properly, wash the sofa cover), and offered no partial refund or any kind of compensation, just a feeble "we're sorry". I made the property manager take pictures to show to her "boss" who seemed to be the one responsible for the problems, or so she claimed. Didn't let it ruin my dream vacation, but I have to warn others to stay as far away from this company as they can. DISGRACEFUL!!!!
This is the worst real esate agency you can ever find.
They find me nice flat when I was urgent near to the metro and shops and uni. The girl with blonde is slow and her face is confused like she dont understand what I speak.there is one small girl who talk fast to understand. Tbe Indian girl with the nice shape is very good. If you visit you must speak with her because she knows all for London and price and legal informations and she has very nice shape and smile. She look just like dumb beauty just to look but really she is very smart to speak with and professional. Big brain big smile and with big cha chas :))))
