Rented an apartment in April 2014. They changed the reservation 4 days before my arrival, claiming pipes in original booking had burst. New apt. was larger but in horrible condition. Sink in bathroom broke twice and never worked properly. Mold in bathroom, peeling paint in bedroom, dust and hair under radiator, filthy sofa. Had to stay because nothing else was available. Management was informed of all problems. Left for 3 days to Paris, had to return to same flat (again, nothing else available). Dust and dirt were still under radiator, sofa cover was still filthy. They didn't even bother to fix the things that could have easily been fixed (vacuum properly, wash the sofa cover), and offered no partial refund or any kind of compensation, just a feeble "we're sorry". I made the property manager take pictures to show to her "boss" who seemed to be the one responsible for the problems, or so she claimed. Didn't let it ruin my dream vacation, but I have to warn others to stay as far away from this company as they can. DISGRACEFUL!!!!
