Great to work with in general. They have a great approach in dealing with issues, emergencies and general care and satisfaction from both the client and the employee. I have nothing to fault them as many times, they have come through for me. Most especially Phoebe and Vicky! They are a great assets to the company. Hi, i have been registered with TLTP as a Teaching Assistant since end of September 2016. My personal consultant is Gabrielle Cavalot. Since the very first day i have found Gabrielle very professional, helpful and friendly too! She always been very prompt in replying email (once even in Friday late night she replied to my email) and efficient in providing me with all types of information (holiday, training, payroll etc.) i needed so far! My first assignment Gabrielle arranged me within 2 weeks of registration which was very close to my place and then i was. put on a long term position of my choice and preference in another school! I worked there for 5 months. Gabrielle was constantly keeping in touch to ensure everything was running smoothly - not often you get an agent who holds interest in your personal well being as well as how the job is going! Now I am not working in that school on that particular role for my personal reason and have asked for a slightly different role. I hope she will come up with work opportunities of my preference soon. Also, i have already worked with 5/6 agencies, not a single agency/consultant sent me greeting cards on Christmas or on my birthday! But Gabrielle did! Those were lovely surprises too! I am very grateful to her for everything so far and wish her all the very best! As an agency, TLTP is very efficient and supportive and i look forward to working with them longer time.

Terrible company to work for as a hca, they ve paid there staff to write good review about them. Constantly deceiving the staff, Lisa will do the online training for some of her staff which actually means there not compliant. All the staff are no a different pay as hca when this should not be the case.
Lisa penalises people by giving away there shifts to someone else and not giving them shift that they want. This is also the same for the staff from to your TLtp that change over to NHSP. Poor communication with staff, terrible attitude to work. I have had and a voicemail from Lisa herself, which I don t think she realised she left insulting me thinking that the phone was put down.
This is by far the worse company ever

When I first walked in I was with my sister we met Phoebe she introduced herself nicely and explain to us about the application and offered to help which was great because I am always nervous when I get to fill an application for a new company, when she walked away I said to my sister, the way she talked to us will make me work for this company. I recently secured a job through TLTP. It wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic support I received from Lara. Due to the coronavirus pandemic the application process got delayed, but Lara was consitently on the ball to guide me through every step of the way. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any queries I had about any part of the process and alleviated most of the stress that comes with job hunting. I didn't think it would be possible to find a job so well suited to me given the current climate of the jobs market, but I was wrong! Great Agency to work for! With the help of Consultant Yemi I was able to register quite easily and quickly and Yemi managed to get me work straight away. Communication with the Agency is pretty good- Yemi always keeps me updated on any shift changes and whenever my shifts are cancelled by the hospital he always manages to get me alternative shifts such that I m never short of work!

I have worked for many different types of agency s who provide the necessary checks in order to place Health Care Assistants to Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Hospitals, Private Homes, over the past years.
