I believe TLTP is the best in the game.
From the day of registration to arranging interviews and eventual placement, they have been absolutely fantastic.
My contact (Ms Phoebe) is always in touch, extremely polite and professional. My schedule is such that I could only do part time and she found me a part- time assignment which many companies are unable to do.
