From sending a msg of enquiry to actually starting work, samantha was very proactive and supportive, guided me all the way, she always sounds so cheery on the phone.
I've had 1 or 2 occasions where my emails have not been answered, which is a little frustrating, but as a rule, samantha is very quick to respond.
