Food is Ok. But they are also adding service charge of 12.5% on the bill that is not allowed if the VAT is already included in Food prices. I confronted and they let go the service charge.

When ur not in India and want Indian food, people around then this is perfect place

Poor stairs dangerous layouts scruffy feelings of choking poor ventilation

It looks good but was let down by poor service and broken crockery. Had to give the owner a piece of broken crockery. Food was OK. It was an alright experience but nothing special.

Very nice restaurant and hospitality of promoters is even better -

Sumit is always a great host, and the food is excellent. What more can you ask for....service and quality all in one. Well done Sumit!

I used London Darbar for a few events in the past few months, they are literally the easiest eventsw company I have ever dealt with.

Indy and the other manager managed the whole event, from food to dj to Decor.

Great DJ, Amazing hall, great service and delicious food

We had recently been to London Darbar with friends. We were 4 of us & we had called up before to enquire whether a table booking was required on the day or not. We were advised that the restaurant was not busy and we could walk in. We waited at the reception for a minute or two when we reached the restaurant. A waitress came upto us and asked if we had made a booking and we said 'No'. She then took us to a table where we sat down and were given the menus. After a while Mr. Mahendar (a waiter / manager at the restaurant) walked upto us and again asked us if we had made a booking for a table and we again told him 'No'. He was quick to respond in an extremely rude manner, "You are supposed to wait at the reception for me & not walk to the table". We were so taken aback that we told him that we did wait at the reception and we had confirmed to the lady that we did not have a booking and we were then shown this table. He then told us that his staff (the waitress) had lied to him. We got up from the table & told him that whatever had been the reason that was not the way to speak to a customer and that we didnt want to dine there anymore as he had spoilt the occassion by insulting us infront of our own guests and other guests at the restaurant. He was so unprofessional that he told us right back that he was not responsible for the issue & that we should stay back (as though it was an order from him directed towards us). We just walked out of the restaurant and would never go back there as it would always remind us of this incident.

Ordered some Indian cuisine, I must say it tastes really good, food was nicely cooked, well packed and the quantity was sufficient. Would love to order again, highly recommended !!

Lovely food with wonderful staff (European waiting staff with perfect Indian food knowledge)...Went to the indian restaurant. The curry's are authentic indian. Yummy Butter chicken & dal makhani (Pure Punjabi style)
Manager was good and showed us the venues & Al khyama.
Darbar also has 3 venues with different capacities, which we never knew about, have been passing all these years from cranbrook road.

They used to have a restaurant but now only venue. The venue is nice, privacy and great food also the service is brilliant and specially Mr.Indi Singh.

Food was delicious and the venue was very fitting for the occasion!

went for a wedding. nice food and ideal for a wedding for around 250 people. parking is an issue though
