I was in the city visiting a relative at a nearby hospital, when I noticed that I'd cried out one of my contact lenses. I was in a panic because my vision was severely impaired and my drive home was over an hour away.
I quickly found this office and explained my situation and that I needed one contact. The receptionist was very accommodating to my situation. My prescription was faxed over from my Optometrist. When I arrived, not only did they give me one contact...they gave me a 5 day supply for that eye, plus the other eye too! Thank You!!

Unfortunately I have give this place a 3 star ,first time here went to get my eye exam, service was a little slow ,got fitted for my glasses 15 days later P/U my progressive glasses come and behold unable to see from them , keep in mind I previously owned progressive glasses went to this place just for replacement do to my dog chewing on them. After paying out of pocket $484.00 + $670.00 billed to my insurance not very pleased with the overall craftsmanship on these lenses. I'll be returning these glasses and making another appointment for correction.

Great selection of frames. Nice inner settings. Rob was patient and helpful. Good place for you and your imaginary friend.

I will base my review on the professional character of the staff, the environment, and the customer service.

Walking in, I was able to immediately determine whether or not I would be a customer to this business. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location as well as environment exceeded my standards and very well met my expectations.

The experience I had with this team and business was more than satisfactory. Rob, whom I had the privilege of working with, was very friendly, professional, and well informed on details of the frame and lenses I had been given to select from. The other staff members about the office were also very helpful.

I found the price of my selected frame and lenses to be very reasonable, and would recommend this place to anyone who might request a recommendation.

My overall review of this business is 5 out of 5 Stars.

You would think that a place that charges OVER $200.00 for a pair of eyeglass lenses would be PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH to contact you the MINUTE THE EYEGLASSES ARRIVE after a THRE WEEK WAIT! This office DID NOT DO THAT! Had I not called this morning wondering WHERE MY $200.00+ eyeglasses/lenses were, THEY WOULD STILL BE AT THIS OFFICE!
It's enough to get me to consider reversing the DEBIT Card charge for this second-rate service! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

They front desk staff is rude and short with you, they made me wait until the end of my daughter s appointment to tell me that they could not see me also. I had issues with them before so this is not the first time.
