You would think that a place that charges OVER $20...

You would think that a place that charges OVER $200.00 for a pair of eyeglass lenses would be PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH to contact you the MINUTE THE EYEGLASSES ARRIVE after a THRE WEEK WAIT! This office DID NOT DO THAT! Had I not called this morning wondering WHERE MY $200.00+ eyeglasses/lenses were, THEY WOULD STILL BE AT THIS OFFICE!
It's enough to get me to consider reversing the DEBIT Card charge for this second-rate service! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
