Brittney Davis Is a very professional broker that has helped me get freight for my trucks on many occasions
She has all the qualities of a great broker
I Recommend her to all carriers

DO NOT TAKE THEIR LOADS! They will do everything to avoid paying. They do not pay! They will email you to send the paperwork, you send it over and over again and they act like they never received it. They email you a phone number to call for customer service with a phony extension number. No one ever answers the phone. Please save yourselves the headache, they keep the hardworking truckers money!

We sit 36 hours on a load in Shreveport LA, I got my scale tickets with in and out times stamped on it. It s been two months and we still haven t received detention pay yet. It caused me to miss two loads that I had booked. I want ever pull a load for this company again, you are warned do not take a load with them! Also I m reporting this to the federal motor company! And the better business bureau!!

I've had really good dealings with this company so far! Brittany Davis has been amazing! I've had one issue so far and she totally handled it to my satisfaction. If I have questions, she's pretty quick with a response and she doesn't harass me on a day to day like (TQL). Do what ya want but I look forward to more loads in the future thrue these folks!

This is a dishonest company. They do not post actual pickup and delivery locations as per the load board.

They purposely falsify weight amounts being hauled. Ratecon says 25K. BOL says 41,766.

Will be reporting them and possibly look into further actions.

They refuse to answer phones. Take their time answering emails.

Stay away from these people. They will attempt to ruin your Trucking business.

Ok yes please don't work with those as holes. The first time I booked a load with them, the information they told me is not what was on the paperwork, when I got to the receiver they asked me to leave my trailer for 48 hours ... when I called them they told me to shut up and rent well I forgot I booked a load of others with them, he told me the load is 4092 pounds on the paperwork, put something else, give him a call, he told me I call him a liar, so he accused himself. I have other issue with them.

This is Aj with Triple T Truckingllc out of Lake,Ms.. Brittney Davis out of B'ham Alabama is a wonderful person to haul for, been working with her for almost 2yrs.. She's straight up n on the money! Never had a issue n if we did we worked it out! Been in this trucking business over 32yrs... hauled for a lot of Broker's n shippers n Brittney is rite on! She also runs my Hotshot unit! No complaints ther neither! My wife Kathy n I enjoy doing business with her! She's Great! Hope to continue for yrs to come till I call it quits! Old School Trucker here!! Never been more expressed! Thank you Brittney!!!

I received a load yesterday of our Golden Boat Lifts. Jani called as soon as they arrived 30 minutes late to ask how long it would take my team of six guys to unload and her disgust with our company that we didn t have a fork lift. I told her 1-1 1/2 hours. She explained this will set her back for her next appointment. I then said you were 30 mins late to us. She explained it was due to traffic. I said so you didn t take that into account? Doesn t seem like my issue. She then explained that she will never deliver to us again. I said with the way you treat customers you won t have a company for long.

We are having difficulties with delivery. We tried to call him, the phone always redirects to the voicemail. Reply to your message within 2-3 hours without any updates. Ignores your questions, and does not solve them.
I do not recommend working with this agent.
