I see lack of professionalism and commitment with this company. I tried to talk to them at two different instances. First time, they were supposed to interview me. Interviewer never called. 2nd time around, they were supposed to have someone call me from the recruiting team who could explain the job in detail. Unfortunately, person who called me wasn't the one who was supposed to call and had no knowledge about the position. They were just going to waste my time going over my resume. They were eating and mumbling at time while talking to me because they had un-swallowed food in their mouth. I found it very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I humbly emailed the recruiter who had contacted me first on linkedin and explained the situation, they literally ghosted me. All in all, I found their recruiting department very arrogant and unprofessional.

These values are lived day in and day out from top down.Our CEO has an open door policy, our SVP makes sure that he gets to know almost everyone at the company, our CFO is hands on in everything she does and nothing is 'beneath her' (she will often re-stock the snacks), our General Manager of Consulting shares how he is driving toward excellence by sharing his Development Plan.

As a mother it was also important to find a company that places as much value on family and work life balance as it does social committees and happy hours and at Logic20/20 I have found it.

I would highly recommend Logic20/20 to anyone looking to get into account management, consulting or get off the road and anyone willing to put in the work to make a difference!

I joined the Logic20/20 Digital Transformation practice in March of 2019 and can't say enough about the organization. I have been a technical consultant since 2008 and this has been my best experience to date. The support, mentor-ship, and camaraderie is awesome, and it is a fun place to work!
