I've worked for Logic20/20 since April 2018. I work as an Executive Assistant within our sales, marketing and talent acquisition organization and I love coming to work every day.

I work with some of the brightest minds in sales and business and technology consulting.

Logic20/20 has a lean in mentality and embodies it's three core values of fostering a culture of we, driving towards excellence and acting with integrity. These values are lived day in and day out from top down.Our CEO has an open door policy, our SVP makes sure that he gets to know almost everyone at the company, our CFO is hands on in everything she does and nothing is 'beneath her' (she will often re-stock the snacks), our General Manager of Consulting shares how he is driving toward excellence by sharing his Development Plan.

As a mother it was also important to find a company that places as much value on family and work life balance as it does social committees and happy hours and at Logic20/20 I have found it.
