Pathetic service. You keep trying their number but they wouldn't respond. Strong suggestion to not buy this software.

Logic ERP service is worst. I never see such 3rd class approach and such worst service ever. They do not responded on customer compliant even after a week. and neither they pickup the customer phones.

I was thinking to buy but post reviewing the reviews I will have to back off,,,, 1 star for customers feedback and 1 star because I'm not the user of this software... . so 2 star is fine

It was a very bad experience we had with LOGIC ERP, firstly we made aware of the the features in our existing Inventory Management Software, to Sales Person & then to their Implementing person & senior persons at their office, till we paid the full Software cost for the version they suggested to us, it was conveyed to us every time that these all our requirements will be met & implemented easily, but as we made the payment, it started that it will not possible & this will be charged extra. All this cost us around 50k+, it took just almost 2 months (this includes lockdown period) when we gave up. It was a big-big harassment, even top management at Mohali was also communicated but none of them tried to resolve the issue, we requested them to return the license fees paid by us due their incapabilities we had suffered so much, but they did not even respond to us.

IN AMC they charge even more than the cost of software ... so after 18 years planning to switch over to other online latest featured software instead of paying so huge amc amount .... as they demanded 23000 for 6 computers working together in one location ....

I never seen service providing by Logic erp , very poor service by logic, basically they are blackmailing customers by forcing them to enroll for AMC, which is not mandatory, and even there are no Terms & Conditions from Logic when you buy New Software from them ,if any body ask for terms & conditions they stopped responding , what the damm service by Logic, i would not like to suggest Logic software to any one, One most important thing is that if any person will not pay AMC , LOgic Stooped some functions like purchase / sale / reports etc .. any function .. of your software from back end . And for this they give excuses like your system needs updation so now you have to payfor AMC , its called purely blackmailing.

Wrong office culture.
No understanding of ERP and have opened a company named Logic ERP.
Marketing Team including HOD even don't know what the company make and sell.
