It was a very bad experience we had with LOGIC ERP, firstly we made aware of the the features in our existing Inventory Management Software, to Sales Person & then to their Implementing person & senior persons at their office, till we paid the full Software cost for the version they suggested to us, it was conveyed to us every time that these all our requirements will be met & implemented easily, but as we made the payment, it started that it will not possible & this will be charged extra. All this cost us around 50k+, it took just almost 2 months (this includes lockdown period) when we gave up. It was a big-big harassment, even top management at Mohali was also communicated but none of them tried to resolve the issue, we requested them to return the license fees paid by us due their incapabilities we had suffered so much, but they did not even respond to us.
