The only place to buy mattresses and beds in Lincolnton for good quality. I've been dealing with the Rainwater family since I was a child and their father had a store in Cherryville, NC. Julia and Bobby are wonderful.

I have no idea how this business is still in operation due to their horrible customer service. All I get is attitude from anyone there. They are sales people and butter people up and then once they get the sale, you are nothing to them. You request help or service and its a complete joke. I would suggest going to any other store but this one. I'd rather buy from China than deal with rude people. Customer service is what drives a good company in today's market. Seems like a thing of the past with Factory Mattress in Lincolnton!

Great locally owned small business. Stopped in to check on the possibility of an RV mattress. The grandson of the owner Joseph did some extra looking around to see which manufacturers could make a mattress for me. Take the time to check this place out before going to the big box stores.
Great plc to get furniture. .. they treat u with upmost respect and they try in every way possible to help u get the best financing. .. I would recommend anyone to go there..and they treat u like family...
The staff was great no pressure sales tactics just friendly help with any and all questions I had I would definitely recommend any one needing a mattress to go here I only found one problem with our bed I don't want to get out of it Its so good I could stay in it. Thanks to the owner for her help

The customer service here is phenomenal. They don't try and push you above your budget. If you have any questions or concerns, they are quick to respond. I have purchased here a mattress and set of box springs in the past. And recently purchased a mattress for our daughter and a bunkie board for her platform bed. I don't believe I would get the same customer service any where else.
Lady was extremely noce and helpful I picked the one i wanted she told me they had turned out they didnt so she gave me a betger mattress they did have that was more expensive for the same price of the original one I picked out
