Wow I had such an incredible experience here. I literally come back every year because of how much I love the corner suite room it is so beautiful and overlooks all of Los Angeles with floor to ceiling windows. The staff is amazing I love room service I had such an amazing time I love you forever Loews Hotel.....

Wonderful Hotel with Hollywood sign view rooms located right at Walk of Fame and many museums are on walking distance.
It is centrally located and Metro train is also few steps away.

A great hotel with a wonderful staff. The rooms are generous and clean, and the rooftop pool has a great view of the Hollywood sign on the hill. Close to many tourist venues as well, if you like that sort of thing.
A nice 4 star hotel in a great area. Walking distance or short UBER from restaurants, attractions and night life. Decent pool but nothing special. Rooms are average 4 star. Friendly staff. We would return in the future.

Large rooms and excellent gym. The air was a bit dry but they provided an air humidifier.
Picks or very disorganized
I booked 5 nights at the hotel on the penultimate day that I went to confirm about the checkout procedure for the next day the attendant informed me that my reservation was only 4 days and that I should have checked out already and they would charge a new full rate.
I was scared by the information and asked if he was sure, he was quite emphatic that he was 100% sure.
I took the reservation documents and showed him they were 5 days old. He was researching more information on the system and then told me that the reservation really was 5 days but my checkout had already been done that morning by one of us. But at the supposed checkout time we were not even at the hotel, we were at Universal Park, and all our bags were in the room! Some employee acted in bad faith or made a tremendous mess by swapping room numbers.
Where is the hotel security that does not ask for ID to close the rooms or check the keys? Anyone ask anything to any room without any security?
Either they are pickaxes or very disorganized. No condition for a hotel of this level.
The hotel is expensive but the room is small and does not have much comfort or luxury.
Parking is extremely far, you have to enter the mall next door, walk a little and use 2 lifts.
It s right in the center, connected to an outside food court and shopping mall, which you can walk into from level 2. Just few minutes away from the Magic Castle where we had an amazing experience.
Staff were very helpful and very accommodating, most rooms had very good views, some had views of the Hollywood sign and others of the town.
I had a lovely time here, thank you to all the staff members for their kindness

The Loews Hollywood Hotel is trash. When I went out of my room for a while, my whole stuff was stolen. The charging station is broken. The beds and the furniture are scratched. And the room is dirty. The hotel service is very insulting.

We had a great 2 days here. Lovely beds, pool , breakfast (continental 17$) and location . Saw the Hollywood sign from the room. Great service . It s adjoining a shopping mall where the stars hand/footprints are.

I stopped here only to return a Hertz rental car. The Hertz is located in the 1st floor...small office accessible from the side of the parkway. Cant comment about the hotel as I did not stay here but I did get to have a peak at the lobby and it seemed like a very nice hotel.
Fancy. Great service. Good location, in between everything. Only downside is sharing the parking with the meek, and there is no straight party from the parking lot to the hotel, walking. But aside from that, it was great!

Nice hotel in a very central location right on the walk of fame. The hotel is also right next to a major shopping center with several shops. The parking facilities are also good with large parking garage in the basement of the hotel. Takes a few minutes to walk from the car but no worse than it goes well. Nice pool area which was quiet and quiet without lots of people. The service was also nice. The rooms were large and nice with very nice views. Recommended.
It just got totally overhauled. The staff was pleasant and the place looks great! It connects with Hollywood and Highland so you can take the red line here. They have an arrangement with the Dolby so they have cool events
I stayed in August 2018 two nights. Hotel with an impressive hall but that disappoints a lot in the rooms. They are small, poorly maintained and expensive, 800 / night for a Director Suite. Bad hotel maintenance and poor customer service. Bathroom only with shower, and very few amenities. The only good thing is the location of the hotel, 2 minutes from Hollywood Boulevard, and just opposite the iconic Hollywood sign. The commercial center where the hotel is located has a good offer in restoration. I would not repeat.
Hosted a reception in the Panorama Room and it was absolutely fabulous!! WOW and WOW!! The food and service was superb and the views were breathtaking. Kudos to Scott for helping us to coordinate a great event. Looking forward to returning in January.
The room looked like a day's inn. Location is the only draw, convenient being so close to hollywood blvd

Very comfy beds. Perfect location. Shower pressure not very high. Other than that great.
The customer service not very good. I paid for a better quality room with a king size bed, and they stuck my in an older one, that looks like it's from the 1980's, with 2 full size beds. The shower head is broken, the fan in the bathroom doesn't work. I had to prop open the bathroom door, so the mirror could clear off, from the mist after every shower.
Hotel is amazing! Great location, friendly staff. Nice swanky look in lobby and rooms. We always stay here whenever we are in LA. Only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because of the price, It's a little on the high side if you can't find a deal.
Very quick and efficient check in and check out. Rooms are good and clean and the Hotel is directly linked to the Hollywood Cinemas and Malls, having an extra entrance for Hotel Guests. There is plenty of food choices in the Mall and the Walk of Fame is just on the other side of the Mall

Don't stay here if you want to be stuck in traffic for an hour each time you're coming in and out of the hotel. The front desk was unable to answer my questions (including where I could get a coffee inside the hotel), the pool is tiny and outdated, they charged me for picking up a package at the front desk after I called ahead and asked if it was OK to ship (there was no mention of a mailroom pickup fee), and the valet service was very slow. Highly disappointing visit.

Great location right next to Hollywood and Highland. Easy access through the third floor of the mall. Choose the daily parking option in the H&H Parking Lot and it's only $15/nt. The room we got was great for the 4th of July. We got a side on the 20th floor where we could see the Hollywood Bowl fireworks and the Hollywood Sign. It was a great stay! Will do it again!

7E0-C18: Good place to stay if want to stay close to all the Hollywood action. Good views from the room. Room size typical of a downtown type of hotel, pretty small and cozy with two queen/full beds. Beds very comfortable. Overall, nice and clean. Great location atop a shopping mall on Hollywood blvd close to all touristy type places. A bit pricey but probably competetive due to location.

Nice rooms, they upgraded our room for free. Parking is only $15/day. Close to Hollywood Blvd, Magic Castle, Walk of fame, Chinese Theater, etc. Overall good value.

The hotel is nice, the staff is what makes your stay great. The people are helpful, accomodating and willing to help you out. There is poor ventilation in the hallways is poor so getting off of the elevator exposes you to a wave of stuffy heat and terrible smells. Remember pot is fairly legal in LA and it seems skunk weed is the only strain they sell. This was our only complaint. I will also add thet the mall the hotel is attached to makes for nice shopping and activities. The Mimmy escape room was pretty fun.

Fresh clean Swanky Hotel, parking was hella hectic, but that's to be expected in Hollywood on a Friday/ Saturday night. I loved the big windows, the lobby & colors were very inviting to stay longer. Younger crowd, most likely due to location & styling. Centrally located in the heart of Hollywood, walking distance to most things including metro. Our room had an amazing view of almost all of la, breathtaking.

Excellent service, rooms, location. It has access to the mall by the mezzanine, and Oscar's theater. It gives to make several attractions on foot. Worth a lot. Just parking is expensive, $ 50 a day. But for the location, you can not complain !! Thanks!
