I was on the phone with an Account Administrator Friday who must have been new, because I've never spoken to her before, but I hope this person does not represent what Lockton is about. Her name was Kristen Martin and I spoke to her regarding my brother's account, and she got heated over I don't even know what! The whole situation was unbelievable, but it turned into her Calling me the C word followed by a string of what sounded like racial slurs! I had to hang up because I've never experienced anything like this. Please be aware of this person's temper!!

I don't think I've ever met a nicer group of people.

VERY RUDE and POMPOUS! Todd called us back after we left him a message looking for a new insurance company to take over W/c and Liab.. I never had a name when I left a message, so I didn't recognize him when he called. He was very arrogant and he seemed completely offended that I didn't know who he was.... he sounded so RUDE and like he was shocked that I didn't know him. I had to put him on hold real quick and he was apparently too important to hold for one minute... and hung up! We were looking to switch insurance companies because the one we use may be retiring. HUGE mistake Lockton- we have a large company and sister company- Maybe you should train your employees to be friendlier and re-train them to NOT come across like they are somehow superior to potential customers. Do not call this company unless you like being disrespected and hung up on!

Very rude staff, not worth working with. I was unsurprised to find the CEO is a Trump campaign donor.
