Great experience. Matt, explained everything in detail and was very diligent about making sure everything was exact and precise. He made great recommendations as I didnt know exactly what I wanted. He even took the time to check on our existing shutters and made repairs as needed. I will definitely recommend him in the future and the work that he did looks beautiful.
I looked at two options, cheaper polymer shutters, and American Made, high quality, real wood shutters from Matt. Matt was patient and walked me through the differences (size of panels, wand placement, long term and short term pros and cons of both). I ended up paying a little more for the wood shutters, but the difference in quality (and service) wasn t even close. My house has 22 foot ceilings right when you walk in, and every time someone new comes over, I get the wow expression when they see the shutters. They are functional, beautiful, and worth spending a little more than you would on the cheap stuff. Matt was patient, meticulous to the last detail in his installation, and the end result is gorgeous shutters throughout. I would recommend Matt and the Dallas Shutter Company to anyone I know! HIGHLY recommend; you won t be disappointed. My wife s only qualm is that now she never wants to move haha!
