Ardgarten staff were very good, hotel is very clean with great views, good tours. Everything is spot on and very good value for money - well done

Have just come back from another fabulous holiday with loch and glens. Superb service found evident on first pick up. This company never fails to amaze us with the customer service and care they always deliver! From the start wee Stevie king had us all entertained throughout the long journey from Abergavenny (south Wales )to the glorious hotel set on the banks of loch lomond. Jackie the manager gave us all a very warm welcome which continued ALL during our stay at the hotel. Faultless! Wee Stevie is a laugh a minute and very professional and has extensive knowledge of his loved Scotland. Faultless mannerisms and driver. Very memorable trips with him especially the awesome drive and footage he voiced over sound system on coach drive through Glenco and to Oban. Can't recommend this company enough! Faultless!
Just one critique being ~loch and glens need to stipulate that seats under no circumstances should be reclined! For obvious reasons. And seats allocated must only be used as per seating arrangement only. One particular customer failed to stay seated in allocated seat as wanted to recline it ~eventually she had occupied and changed seats 6 times! Causing friction amongst passengers inc us both.
However to summarise our 2nd fantastic holiday with loch and glens, a sincere big thankyou and will look forward to our next holiday with you.

Wonderful holiday at Loch Tummel Hotel. Great value, great service, brilliant company

Just returned from Lochs and Glens holiday to Loch Tummel lovely hotel, food excellent, Beautiful surroundings, lovely staff. Food good quality. Ross our driver was so knowledgeable. The whole experience first class, arrived home Thursday, booked for another Lochs and Glens holiday Friday. Want to try all their hotels, this was 2nd time. Fabulous

Great hotels great service the coach driver we had did not serve hot beverages all the other drivers do so we could have given him a big tip but spent it on expensive coffee at the moto cafes in stead.we will be going with locks & glens again we have been many times and love it.thanks john lynch.

Lovely hotel but one Coach driver unused to people not Englishand a holiday company that does not deal with complaints. BEAUTIFUL HOTEL gets the one star.

We have just returned from week in Scotland staying at the Ardgarten Hotel . The driver on our coach was Tony who was very knowledgeable and a brilliant driver and also Karen who drove on his day off. The rooms were very well appointed and all the staff worked very hard
and we're very cheerful all the time.

Lochs and glens are an amazing company to holiday with. Friendly drivers and hotel staff. Beautiful hotels and comfortable rooms. Great excursions and nightly entertainment. Well worth the money. Thank you Lochs and Glens
