Best VoIP provider I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and not once have I been let down. My wife too switched to them long time ago and has absolutely no complaints. The website is clean, the services provided are clearly laid out and it's next to impossible to beat the price.
Highly recommended.

Customer service links on their webpages don't work and they have discontinued their phone support. Avoid.

someone stole my credit card info and bought something from this store. i would say they are not secure.

They keep updating the price without informing customers.
On filing a complaint they say this is normal as I have signed to their terms and conditions which allows them to change price without informing customers.

Used this service for years with no problems but just recently changed my home phone provider and keep getting kicked out of local phone. This does not appear to be Localphone at fault though, I used to be able to just phone them and they sorted it straight away, but sheffield number doesn't work any more so have to wait now whilst I contact them through the Internet. A little more effort.

Very good provider with a wide range of services. Although there is some room for improvement, it still has about the best price/performance ratio.

Really Frustrating to call from this service.Most of the time background sound comes. And sometimes service goes down for considerable amount of time.

It is cheap for India very cheap for land lines for European countries and America and Canada landlines
Main thing is it is reliable. Can't find anything better

I have been customer for 5 years but never I have ever seen sho cap webiste. Once I needed to call very very very urgently and there was a problem with putting cash in your account and I was left with big disappointment. One of those days when you want to do something very urgently and you help team cant do much other than delete history or other request which won't do much, it was like that .. I am deactivatin my account.
