Such a waste of time. I applied here from 12 pm to 12 midnight and they just told me that they will contact me the day after but they never do.
I shouldve trusted my gut feeling when there was already an existing comment saying how long the hiring process is. Well mine was waaaay longer. I was there late in the morning around 11am, was asked to fill out info on their website, waited outside, had an initial interview for roughly 30 mins after 1 to 2 hours of waiting, the hr guy was nice, then was asked to have a computer exam, a regular one, boy this was reaaaaaally long. Waited outside again, was asked to answer some questions and generate a response to it which took almost an hour, waited outside again, had to do another set of questions and provided a response again. Then I was advised to wait to speak to the manager, I waited for another hour, I spoke to him for 30 to 35 mins (almost the same as the first one - which i dont understand why) was asked to wait outside again. This was already at 9 to 10 pm, imagine almost half day and I am not even done (well they asked me to take dinner and lunch but i preferred to wait which was no biggie) then I was asked to wait a bit longer I need to speak to the client which took almost an hour (same as the initial but a hit thorough). Then was asked to wait again. I believe it was already 1 to 2 am, then lastly I had another interview over the phone which lasted for roughly 30 mins and wait theres more! I waited for 10 to 15 mins outside then I was advised that since there were applicants (around 13 or 14) I was advised that they need to to get the results first since I was like the 3rd or 4th person there and there were 12 more. It was understandable. But then no sms nor call came in. They didnt know that I knew someone inside (i just preferred to drop by) and the following day I found out from a friend of mine that someone just dropped by and got the post (referrered by an employee) it was really quick as mentioned to me, no discussion with a client and such. Imagine the frustration, none of us got the post that night and none of us got any heads up. Imagine the time and effort that we invested, at least be nice enough to send an sms, it is 1 php per message for a generic response it wont cost that much. I never realized how strong the power of an internal referral. Best of luck for those who would want to try.
