We lucked out on a Saturday night and it wasn't crowded because it was brutalky cold out. The wait staff was awesomly friendly and curteous. The burgers were cooked to perfection, rare for me which is hard to get at most places. It has a comfortingly inviting feel to it. It's like eating at your friend whose moms a good cooks house although still very hip. Beer selections very good & thank U for the many Long Island IPAs. Cocktails were well done also. My first time there but surely will not be my last. A new excuse to visit family & friends from my hometown.

Food was pretty good but the service was not so great.

Waitress Alyssa was really rude, I asked her to fix my soda very politely because it tasted like seltzer and she was upset and even told me it didn t and was really sweet as if she tasted my drink, I even Hurd her complaining to her co workers about it as if the the fountain soda was coming out her check. My burger was really good on the other hand.

Beers are good on tap. Fries are terrible to much salt, its like someone is pouring a bag of salt in your mouth and if you want to go to a place and pay a lot for a small double patty burger be my guest. Burger King Whopper Jr is bigger then there double patty burger.

What a bad service in this place phone orders take too long you have to wait 50 minutes to an hour, bad bad bad

The blue cheese burger was great . The peanut burger is an acquired taste.

bad experience. place an order for pick up during the snow storm on 2/7/21 and when we arrived order was not ready yet which is ok. it took 25 minutes to get there because of snow, we were told 20 minutes and it would be ready. so waited around a little longer and great everything ready to go. so off we went another 25 minute to get home because of snow. which if there was no snow it would have bee a 6 minute trip. we get home and everything is wrong, over cooked and some items burned. $50.00 was spent for this meal. we called and was told we would get a credit for the burgers, which is not satisfactory to me. what about the rest and the trip, whey weren't there anyone making sure order were completed correctly. never again

Delightful waitress. Food however has taken a dive. Was not at all happy with burger.. over cooked and cold as tho it had been pre cooked for evening rush. Sauteed onions where under done.. beer tap system was warm and nasty(think of flat stale beer).. I have visited this place for so long. Just dont know if I will ever go back.
Not sure if they are spending so much time on new place..... of if this is what is too be expected here for the future.. shame.. need a new burger place!!

Great fries portion!! The burgers are always great, however it seems the to-go drinks/milkshakes aren t the same portion as a sit-down meal. My milkshake was gone in a sip :(

These burgers were really good, the place had a really nice atmosphere, the staff was courteous and patient (it took me awhile to decide what I wanted) everything tasted very fresh, and the burger was flavorful.

Really solid burgers and fries are great too. Overall, a very nice experience. Would recommend.

Went twice with the wife. Stood up front and waited to be seated. Both times ignored for over 5 min. Staff walked right past us as well. Was not very busy. once on a Saturday and once on a Thursday day. Still can't say if the food is any good.

Everything was delicious on both occasions that I've visited. Pricing is on the high side for the fancier burgers; however the flavor is worth the cost. Check them out for a very satisfying meal. Outdoor seating is limited; but wonderful on a sunny day.

My boyfriend and I chose to eat at the restaurant bar for dinner. The place had a very good crowd for the first few nights being opened. We admired the decor and the personal touches that went into the place.The bartender had a bad attitude from the beginning. She was young and inexperienced. I ordered a sangria and was given an attitude by the bartender when I expressed I didnt care for it. I had decided to replace my drink with a red wine but given a glass with a very small pour, still having the sangria left front of me for most of my dinner experience. Burgers were ordered but mixed up and delivered to the wrong people. When burger came was not informed in having to order a side of anything whether it be fries or apps or sidesalad. Was given a burger in a wrapper alone on a rectangular metal platter. Most of the staff seemed very accommodating and pleasant other then the girl bartender and " general manager" that tried her best to handle the simple situation if not being charged for the things that were not order. My terrible sangria was still on the bill.

The chili was awful. Burger was good. Service slow and it wasnt busy.

It is the Chipotle of burgers...well kinda there's no E.Coli in this stuff they actually take care of their lettuce here.

The food is incredible and the prices are lower than ever. It deserves 5 stars!

They have some creative & interesting options for your burger, but the food is very good! The staff was also very pleasant, definitely a place I'd go back to!!

Waitress great burger king just as good.Small portions the burger got smashed down to nothing thin as paper.no juice in burger.I was expecting chocolate shake right give me the big tin cup with it & a glass. Looked like a medium Dixie cup.

Solid burger place. Everything is really fresh and nice. Has a hipster style to it. I like it. Oh and they have Mexican coke aka the glass bottle coke!

Good food, good service, good atmosphere. What else could you want?

Food was ok for the price $150 later for 6 ppl 1 of which was a 3yr old and 2 teenagers uuugghhh... atmosphere was cool service was great, prefer to go when they have a promo or sale !! Be awhile before we come back!

The concept is like Chipotle with waiters, for hamburgers.

Great place for a bite to eat. I really liked that the burgers are a not huge, and they are well priced, so I don't mind grabbing a beer or a side with it as well! Will be back :)

The waitress got my burger wrong and it came back sloppy with onions that tasted to onion soupy not sauted and I had to eat it with a fork n knife .the burgers wasn't as fresh n juicy very dissapointed .however the hushpuppie things are fantastic !!! And the fries were good to but the onion rings were very greasy .the waitress did nothing to compensate us even after we told her of .Everything.....sorry but we will not eat there again

Good but there was a lemon seed in my water!!! It was not lemon water What happened there?? Did they not wash the cup good enough?? I could have been allergic to lemons. If I was allergic to lemons I could have died or even worse got hives But their Return of the Mac burger was delicious I recommend it and their truffle fries. Their burgers were not greasy. It was a great environment. I had a great experience.

Good variety of really tasty burgers, sides & shakes (along with a somewhat more extensive menu). Friendly, prompt service. Outdoor and indoor dining. Street and rear parking by meter.

I'm vegetarian so ordered the quinoa and black bean burger which wasn't terrible but I'm memorable, I've had better from the frozen food section of the grocery store. My carnivore husband and daughter enjoyed their food, though, the brisket sandwich and the mac-and-cheese burger. The Truffle fries were yum and I dug my root beer served in a giant mug. Server was nice enough, took our order, but we never saw him again til we were all done eating and ready for the bill. Uncomplicated comfort food, kid-friendly, swift service great for the family when you don't want to cook and just need to get out of the house. Definitely not a date spot. Overall, an okay dining experience. Stars are for food, setting and atmosphere. Service could have been more attentive, though. Family had a nice time so we'll be back.

Extremely proud to have a restaurant like this in our community and they have the best burgers!
Last I placed an order online for pickup; after arriving home I realized half of my order was not in the bag, before I could even call Local burger back they had already contacted me. The owner was extremely professional and took full responsibility for the mistake and personally drove to my home two towns away to drop of the rest of my meal as well as a shake :)

I don't whether to blame the burger joint or Seamless. 45 min late and it was completely cold. The burger wasn't bad once it came out of the microwave but the fries absolutely sucked

Trendy burger joint with a rock n roll feel. Loud music. Busy vibe and a bar to back up the atmosphere. Burgers and toppings are fresh and delish. I had my 2 little ones with me. Both are chicken nugget/finger afficianados. My daughter will eat most anything. My son however will not touch chicken without the familiar golden brown coating. These were quite dark(not overcooked) of the finger variety. The boy would have no part. My daughter tore 1 down. They were actually delicious but a 4 yr old just knows. My only complaint is it seemed we got the dredged of the bag of fries as all 3 orders were bits n pieces. The onion rings are huge but a bit doughy for my taste. My son opted for a hot dog as did the gurl. Again...she ate that minus the bun (my son ate 2 buns and some fries lmao) if in bay shore again I would certainly revisit

I love this place. Very casual and you can t never go wrong at this place. Food and drinks are really good. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Amazing burgers and fries! Their desserts are also very good. I drive across the island just to get food from here. Definitely worth it every time.

Always great food when I go there. Even when they are busy the food always comes out quicker than expected. The fries are all amazing! Can't wait for the one in Patchogue to open up.

Tried local burger today for the first time . PBB..peanut butter burger was very good and loved their onion rings, the batter stays on the onion .Thought how their buns are branded with their name and the Bayshore zip code was really cool. Friendly and attentive young lady at the counter. Looking forward to my next visit.

Just received a chili burger in a box that looks like a Chinese food container I guess that s how they do Togo items for door dash. If that is the case please stop doing this. I paid $25.00 of my hard earned money with door dash and when I opened the paper box instead of seeing a burger with chili all I saw was chili and that s it The bun was submerged under chili. The raw onion and tomatoes I requested was basically stewed & cooked in the hot chili and the tomatoes was all wilted. yet I cannot even see the burger, it just looks like a box of chili I wish I could upload an image of what I am looking at here. Displeasing to the eyes. Right now I am eating with a fork and knife while all my coworkers are laughing at me telling me I got screwed out of $25.00.

Ps the fiddy fiddy were freezing cold. You are not to far away from my job I order food from further away and received better quality control and presentation.

We order food from Door Dash, two of the Sandwiches were made wrong and the bread was squished. The burger have no taste but pure grease. This also not my first time trying this burger place, both times same results.

Nice spot for a burger.

Staff were a bit slack and probably should tie their long hair up.

Great place with affordable prices for a quick bite or casual lunch/dinner!
